An absolutely dream home. Without a superfluous swimming pool. The only weak point is the kitchen. A modern European kitchen suits also in a traditional Thai house.

Thanks for the video. I love traditional Thai, teak houses. That’s probably why I kept mine that I had built in 2003 when I left Thailand for my kids education in 2008. Only 4 more years and I can enjoy mine in retirement. In the meantime, I’ll be over for September and October and will use some of the landscaping details in the video. I went complete teak except in the bathrooms and that is the major complaint that I’ve heard when renting my house; even with lots of lights, it’s too dark for many people. I’d swap my house and land for this one in a heartbeat!

It's a beautifull house concept, but it needs some maintance. Especially the bathrooms need a makeover.

Well you might need your own gardener and a maid. Costs will vary.
Either CM house prices have increased very significantly over the last 2 years, or this is priced for the "ex-pat" market.
Interesting comment, this house has just recently had its price reduced hence the new video. Property prices on the River have sky rocketed over the last few years- Obviously, this is based on supply and demand. Even during COVID Bangkok buyers have been looking for River land.
