One of the first areas I had done was to my temples using Juvederm Voluma. It's been almost 1.5 years and I still can feel it. The injector did a very good job and it looks natural even though it was quite superficially placed, giving me some lost volume to my temples. I had some deep temple injections done by another doctor but I am not even sure if it did anything except made me lose hundreds of dollars.
Dan, I’m a nurse going into this field. My nurse injector and the entire staff absolutely LOVE you! Thank you for sharing with other nurses and PAs. I’d love to schedule my own appointment as your work is phenomenal.
You're the best ! My surgeon today gave me fillers in my forehead with a big cannula but running through the bone. I'm ok, not blind, no bruises :) Hugs from Argentina
Dear Dan This is Dr. Hamid interested in aesthetics medicine. First I should appreciate sincerely what are you doing as a trainer, really I got a lot from you. What do you mean by first pop ? Passing the SMAS ? Or just skin?
Thank you so much for this video. If a vein flows parallel/under the temple crest, would you insert the pilot point above or below the vein and temple crest, or would you pull the skin up or down to insert the pilot?
I just had temple filler resatylane and a tiny bit of cheek filler today and my surgeon told me to massage it five times a day. I will say I am icing as much cheeks are a little swollen for some reason. Do you advise to massage it? ❤
Would you recommend temple filler for someone in their twenties? Ive been turned down once but i believe it would make a significant difference to my small face
Do you have any referals in Southern California that do this same technique? I can only find people that want to do it to the bone and I don’t want to waste money. Hope you see this!:)
I got temple fillers over 2 weeks ago. One side is ok, but the other side, i fainted when i got injected. Now 2 weeks later one side is normal, and the side where i fainted still feels swollen, and i feel a "pulsation" in the area and between my eyes, sometimes i can even see the surface of the skin between my eyebrows pulsating which seems weird. Is this normal after 2 weeks? should i keep waiting longer? or any reason to be worried?
@@courtneym4722 yes. A bit of scar tissue was left in that area though, which I personally can see as some hardened tissue but I doubt others would notice.
I’ve always been afraid of temple fillers. How would you go about treating a client who doesn’t want to lose their pronounced cheekbones? Doesn’t temple filler “soften”that area? 🤔
I feel so bad discovering this video too late, today I inject the patient who is very thin, she has very hollow temple so I prefer 2 cc of filler per side, I use 1 cc shotgun technique, try massaging but there is still hollowness at inferior region of temporal fossa, Then I use cannula fanning there in interfascial plane, BUT, I used high G prime filler, the result is very botched, it is so lumpy and irregular, I try massage aggressively but nothing seems to be working, so frickin sad sad😢
The mulage you have is not standard in any way and it leads people to make mistakes. Please use the real model. Unfortunately, there are no good books in the field of filler, and very fatal and dangerous mistakes happen

Your content is so informative for practitioners. Would love to see how you approach upper eyelid fillers for hollowing
No one uses filler for upper eyelids . That’s way too dangerous and could lead to blindness
@@LLacewhile every area is dangerous to inject (some areas more than others), upper eyelid injections are not unheard of.

我在填充太阳穴遇到三次栓塞,三次栓塞都是钝针(23G),我觉得锐针比钝针安全,锐针注射后最好更换针头,针头有玻尿酸是回抽出血的,钝针也是这样的
Wow, the "change needle" recommendation was just amazing. Thank you
Thank you so much for this video.

is the second pop an ultimate indication of the right plane? What is the adverse reaction risk with this technique?
Thanks for sharing! Very valuable.

Do you have any referals in Southern California that do this same technique? I can only find people that want to do it to the bone and I don’t want to waste money. Hope you see this!:)
Will temporal filler lift the face at all?
Is ultra sound the same as Accu Vein
Great content
Do you take clients by appointment.? Also what price point would a temple fill cost? Approximately?
How should I communicate with my injector to make sure I am free from the risk of blindness ?

Eating more meats and going to the gym works better. (For collagen stimulation and temporal muscle grows).
