The Shotgun recently made its debut as a full-production model at the just-ended Royal Enfield Motoverse.
Based on the 650 Twin platform, the Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 is an innovative offering with a distinctive design and an emphasis on customization.
Although it was revealed as a special edition when it was first launched in India, the mass-production variant is almost ready as well.

I was keen on buying one to keep my 2020 Classic 500 company and have decided no to get one with the all black running gear.
If they were available with the same polished aliminium and chrome I'd buy one tomorrow.
Thinking I'll give my Classic 500 the 650cc Hitchcocks upgrade for a more highway friendly bike.

@@specialized29er86 After considering it for a while, I kind of understand Why they didn't do the RE chrome tank. The "bobber" kick is motivated by middle aged men who want everything to look subdued; matte black, no chrome...
Chrome is meant to be a tasteful accent. I think a retro bobber would be nice; more "steam punk" than "weekend warrior, dad leathers".
