How I manage DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering work 📝

I share how I manage DevOps and SRE-related work at a medium-sized organization. It's not a whole lot different from feature development projects but sometimes relies on me to make quick changes for upcoming deployments, etc.
This also includes how I use roadmaps, a lot of what I've been working on lately has been self-managed and as a result, I needed to roadmap for some of the team even as an individual contributor.
