This is the 3rd video for スパゲッツ ダンディ I've seen posted in the past 2 months. I wonder what's going on? I used to live 8 minutes walk from this place and it's decent but I find it hard to imagine it deserves this much attention. Not knocking this place, but there are much better pasta options in Okayama taste-wise. The appeal here is how much you can get for the money so you can carbo load quickly on a budget and be on your way; sometimes that's the priority, and if so, this is the place to go.
If you're in Okayama and want to gorge, I can also recommend Ramen Kizuna. They have crazy amounts of food available.
