You don't by any chance have a link to the scientific article on brain regions activated during havening & tapping? I want to nerd out a little ;-) others may too! Enjoyed the video thanks for posting it :)
@@DrKateTruitt thanks! There are 3 papers on havening & 3 on EMDR,I won't have time to look through the whole list of papers, just looking for the article on brain regions activated during havening & tapping, are they even the same paper,or one of the EMDR papers or under another title/key word? maybe I'm missing something... :/

@@DrKateTruittvery much appreciated thank you! Is it okay to do CPR for Amygdala with **simultaneous** brain games,I'm trying to get some diversity in/make it more fun & am wondering if I'm doing it wrong. I find watching people decorate/ice cakes compilations in slow motion (0.5 or 0.25) speed (on mute) somewhat soothing or art videos,so I try to count the colours used in each cake/drawing or see when a specific colour appears (eg.blue) while I'm simultaneously singing a song that's playing in the background, followed by bilateral eye movements at the end.
