Good evening bro. I had this issue and later found out that the problem was the size of feed. They were already picking 2mm from where I bought them, but I gave them Skretting 1.8mm and they picked. When I changed to Skretting 2mm, they stopped eating. I brought blue crown and they picked. I later discovered that Skretting feeds are bigger in size. Their 1.8 is almost like 2mm and their 2mm are too big
@@letusfarm0619so what I did was to continue the 1.8mm for a little while and then continued with the 2mm and they started eating. Try comparing them and you'll see the difference in sizes. It was actually my first time of using Skretting
Hello sir this is unrelated to the video Your returning viewer When I was using aqualis with my juveniles the water in my trampoline pond used to be green So it finished when they turned 1 month so I had skretin and that’s what I have been feeding them since 26th of May or thereabout I noticed my pond water is now brown So I now change every 2 days Then my fish is dying but like 1 or 2 ever 2 days but that is not the issue now because I already watched a video u made of fish skin … My problem now is the brown color I heard the brown one doesn’t let oxygen through is that true and I noticed it smell more I changed my water yesterday night and already the color is brown this morning Is it something to worry about because I don’t want my dishes to be affected with lack of oxygen They are dying , I notice d body peels not peeling to reveal wound , when I see them dead But today I saw the one in the bigger pond swimming sluggishly and the body having patches of white . I watched ur video you said water change and not necessarily giving biotics So what should I do ???? As now d water I am changing is turning brown and not green Should I do that bitter leaf bath thing ??
The thing is that water change to brown is not surprising but what causes it is if you pour feed on the water without the fishes picking them up they soak the water and change it to brown mostly on blue crown qns ths skin peel u notice is cos u overstocked your reduce the quantity of fishes in the pond feed as they eat and everything will be fine
Initially i stock my cat fish in concrete pond they were doing well but when i sort out the big one and stock the small ones to tampoulin pond the small one in the tampoulin pond don't eat,what can I do

My catfish juvenile are not eating.but they have been eating before but now not because they telle cutting off it seems they have contact infection.so dey don't eat what do I do
Hello sir I’ve been replying to your vid for some time now but you never responded and I really needed your help because my fishes are dying everyday it happens just 3weeks after o stock them
And I noticed some of them are majorly the little ones are not eating so I separated them into another tank yet they small ones are not still eating and they run awa anytime I put feed on the water surface I’m using white square tank to raise them please help🙏
Have you checked your water parameters like ph, nitrate, etc. You may also need to ask your supplier what kind of feed they used and switch to that. Just a suggestion and good luck.
@@beatricefayemi171 yes I do ask my supplier and he told me skretting and I’ve started using skretting for them since they day I got them …but I have not really look Into the water parameters since the fish are growing well since I got them they just started dying 3weeks after o got them and I’ve been using the same water all this while (borehole water)

Reduce the size of feed u are giving the smaller ones of they are on 4mm drop to 3mm and make sure they have atleast 3ft water
My fishes i bought them from juvenile last two months, they hardly eat..
