WOW Skall what a great Review !!! I was actually surprised How well you threw no spin Already! Dont worry about the distance at all, it took me months to get past 4 meters, important from the start is to be really consistent from 2 up to 4 meters and after very very small steps back :) Thank you very much for nice Video my Friend!
BTW That No-Look Trick-Shot....Epic :D
Thanks, Adam! I'll stick to shorter distances to make 'em stick for now then. :)
Turning up on all the channels bro 👍🏻
@@BrainfooTV Yes and Meanwhile UA-cam: Hmmm lets not recommend this channel at all :D Even i was featured on more like 7 big channels over 1 mil. Subscribers...Sniff Sniff :D
Adam you always sound like such a nice good hearted guy!
Random bullshit and swords? Sounds like part 2 should be throwing swords.
AGREED
Guys, one word. Pommels.
I think he already did that
He actually threw swords a few years back
Throwing shields
You thought it was a throwing knife, but it was me, SHARP POMMEL!
KONO SHARP POMMEL DA!
is that a fricking jojo's reference?

Lol rightly
Rocket pommel... dear God.

So what anime character you cosplaying skall?
It's Dude from Postal :D
Kamikaze no Jihadist is that Hellsing reference?
I gues a cheap Skall-A-Grimr Costplay from EtR (end them rightly) ... very cheap :P
Haven't you heard about it ? The drawings are dope and plot's edgy AF. The story of a lumberjack thrown into another world. Since he learned about ninjustu on Wikipedia, he's able to cheat into a assassin guild's competitive entrance examination, he won thanks to his 21th century build far more developed than medieval peasants.
From here starts his true training inside the guild where his master, a thousand years old loli vampire teaches him the way of nobility and stealth assassination. Eventually he grows so strong that he doesn't kill his victims, he just convince them to stop doing evil.
Finally the true last boss, which happened to be the godfather of his master, the guild founder himself, shows up and the hero's forced to fight to death against his sister figure. She manage to fake her death and when the hero get cornered by the elder, the Loli vampire is able to create an opening that the hero exploits by throwing his signature dragon blessed throwing knife.
At the end of saison 1, the hero take the head of the guild and extends it's power to other countries where new guilds unheard of rule through terror and needless violence.
looks like a character from TriGun
Assassin class: “Hey Swordsman, you should try stealth or at least use some throwing weapons sometime”
Swordsman: *STARTS TO UNSCREW POMMEL*
Finish him rightly.
if the pommel's threads were tapered to a point like a screw, you totally could stick a dick with a properly shaped pommel.
It's a pommel, not a pummel. Pummeling is what you do with the pommel.
Get a new joke
Me: Skall killed a mosquito with a knife! Badass!
Someone else: But all he did was smash the mosquito with the knife while it was on the target.
Me: Details are not important.
I don't wanna brag but... I did actually catch a fly with chopsticks once.
Although the fly died, and I didn't really catch it mid air but just as it tried to take off from sitting on a wall.
Haven't been able to repeat it though. :P
Pfff, I kill them with mah bare hands all the time

I did one time manage to stab a fly that was on my way with my bowie knife. My brother was not happy about the divot left in the drywall.
why I am on your channel? Because of the person you are. You've got style and I like your personality. If you'd only do vlogs I'd watch that as well without hesitation. Back then, I did come to your channel, because of the sword discussions and fighting analyzing videos, though.
1:59 ... Skall... this is exactly why I'm here. Why we're all here.
I can attest to that.
And soaardz!
FlyingTurtle yes you Nailed it Rightly. Here Day and Nightly.
you should try yelling muda muda while throwing I heard it raises the knives effectiveness by 1000 times
Hocam Bunedirya also slows their movement right before the target if you have enough will power behind it
Is that a JoJo reference?
Uncle Röadkill no it’s from Cory in the house
The episode where the fat guy says "PINGAS"?
of course theres a bloody jojo reference here
*Man kills mosquitoes with throwing knives*
That would be a nice clickbaity title
But technically correct...
The best kind of correct.
The bloopers at the end
That’s why I watch this channel

Skal’s like your favorite teacher growing up. Goofs off a lot but you still manage to learn something.
@Jim Nickles or in this case, if you do take your eyes off of him, you wont have much more to live
Skall, it is safer to pick the knives sticking on the target first before picking ones that are dropped on the ground. Sometimes the knives fell down by themselves
You seem like rejuvenated after you moved somewhere comfier, I love it.
Your mistake is that you are forgeting to announcing your 14 word technique before throwing.

Preferably after stopping time for a few seconds.

Very Funny,
I Laughed.
(here, have your 30th like)
I know that Skall is confident enough in his skills, but I can't shake the feeling that he should invest into a sheet of Plexiglas to protect the camera when it is positioned in the possible path of missthrown objects.
That's a very good idea. If broken table screens with a ricochet knife.
@@erichusayn next video im setting up a fundraiser i trew a knife at my camara and need a new one
there is no way for the knifes to hit the camera. Those models weight around 300g and dont ricochet of like small throwing knifes do.
Let me tell you, if the middle part of his knife hit the edge of that target, it could launch that knife in any direction. Very far.
Pommel throwing when
The good thing about throwing an axe... Even if it doesn't stick it's more likely to clock your target than the knife that doesn't stick will. :P
you can throw many more
Skall: "Finnaly! I got the axe to stick in my trickshot!"
*Out of focus*
Also Skall: -_-
Yup, that's how it goes sometimes.
i like that he's swearing more, makes me feel right at home
If you compare him with the Skall before the move, he looks so much more energetic. If I think about how often Skall has apologised about his lack of energy, I can only assume that the city life had really drained him.
First video I've watched of yours. It's easy to tell you're not one to clickbait otherwise you would've titled it "Killing Mosquitoes with Throwing Knives"
Great video👌
They look handmade actually, so inconsistency is kind of expected, no?
I might be mistaken but I think Čeladín made those knives himself
@@noobshrine So... that supports my claim, does it not?
Yes our Black smith made these so its nearly Impossible to make them completely same
@@VoxVictus Lol..no these are made from High quality 14260 Spring steel...dont get confuse with simple desing ,)
@@VoxVictus Aren't files and rasps a bit too hard for being good throwing knives?
I mean, I've accidentally broke/snapped a lot of files and rasps in my days, so I would assume that if you're going to throw them and potentially hit the concrete, you'd want them to be made of more spring-steel like material.

Random bullshit and swords? Yeah, sounds about right
No spin throwing was far easier to me than spin throwing. As long as it has a flat spine, it can probably be thrown with no spin. You can put so much force into it as well.
You can even learn to throw them from either shoulder using the same hand, or doing an underhanded throw.
This video was fantastic, 3:17 made me laugh like I hadn't in many weeks
8:45 i can see the imprint the head-cam strap left on your skin. xD Good video!

They're Adam's, the same kind he supplied to Jeorg
@@nikkothegoblin That explains why I remember them from the Slingshot Channel. Thanks!
What we need now is a video from Adam reviewing Skall's technique.
Haha Skall was throwing great already, it would be short reaction vid :))
Love ya Skall, you’re genuinely fun to listen to as always.
Thanks. :)
I love throwing knives, the sound when they stick is so satisfying
You can really tell Skall is enjoying his newfound freedom.
I would like to see you put some balloons on the board like a carnival game and try to no spin pop them. Its still great content though so keep it up.
It'll hit every time if you throw it at someone's grandfather

Yep, that's all the reason I needed to subscribe.
What good throwing knives would you recommend for someone just starting
So I got survey blocked when trying to watch this video. Why? I tried to click on it like oh hey skallagrim made a new video hell yeah! Wait, UA-cam is making me fill out a survey just to click on the thumbnail. What even is that since when can I not just click on a video made by someone I am subscribed to? I watch every single video skal makes and now UA-cam is getting in the way. Clearly I want to watch this video. I didn't subscribe because I didn't want to watch his new uploads. UA-cam please get it together. It's like 1 bad decision after another with you guys. On a higher note though loved the video skal keep it up.
1:22 *_It was at this point Skallgrim got mad, and he tries to break the knives by bouncing them off the board. This doesn’t work_*
Random bs and swords is honestly the best description of this channel lol
I'm impressed with your ability to pick up no spin. But I've seen in a few videos, your throwing technique in general needs work. I.e spear and sword throwing
Hey Skal, you mind if you check how realistic shadow fight 3 weapon techniques are or not
Hey that’s a great start with no spin. Took me months before I was comfortable. Once your brain actually locks in the mechanics and the motion you can basically throw anything no spin. Listen to AdamCeladin and tomtom
a good topic for a next would be the practicality of mortal Kombat weapon. Such as Katana’s fan weapon
You say I'm here for the swords, but actually I'm here for the hair. Mine is that long, but I wish I was brave enough to shave the sides off. So good.
Can you yell MUDAAAAA each time you throw the knives?
no guys, you use dio's knives
The coat is messing you up bro. It's forcing you to do a side sling. I live in a cold area so I know the pain of winter gear!
Use a stump for throwing knives, much more convenient than boards and even quieter
Ugh...give me a standard four blade shuriken
Everybody else: ok

I am here for professional entertainment.
Hello my friend!
Is there a benefit to the no-spin throw vs a spin based throw? Benefit as in improved penetration, or better general accuracy?
Its tougher to pull off but you dont have any chance of hitting the target with the knive's hilt
skall looks quite a bit happier in nova scotia.
Easiest and cheapest way to train for straight throw... chopsticks.
Remind me never to fight when you have your throwing knifes. BTW random BS? The stuff you put out is pretty BA!
THE NEW ASSASSINS CREED LOOKS GREAT
Wow, you are SO much happier at your new house, it shows and it improves the quality of your video.
I actually turn the hatchet backwards when I throw it, so the handle sticks up when it hits, not down, I find that leading with the flat on the top of the blade rather than leading with the edge when doing it the normal way, helps it stick better. Same for a single edged knife, I'll lead with the spine, not the edge.
I never cared for the no spin throw, it tends to require more specialized knives than the spin, which can work for almost any knife with a bit of adjustment.
This axe will break son, like mine
throwing knives are cool, but what about throwing swords?
Skall made episode about that i did it as well few times :)
