Hey Adam, Dave here. I like watching your lecture on "The Atmosphere" in this video and I really feel that this subject deserves its own video. There are many that like to take pretty pictures but don't understand the fundamentals of how the sky affects that image quality. If you already have videos, please let us know. Thanks again, you have been a really great teacher on these subjects!

Super grateful that you keep up with the advancements of PI. Just like open source software, if you don't follow and understand what's going on you are missing out. Thank you Adam, I truly appreciate the articulate way that you present these topics, all meat - zero fat! No one else does this

Your video is perfect timing! I was looking into these methods yesterday to weigh a new dataset. Cheers Adam!

Thanks for watching it! This is a new thing in PI...so I wanted to get something out there quickly for people.

You made me enjoy my morning training bike session , thank you. So far it is very interesting, the right level for me - I need a global view before going deeper in the details. Do not worry about the people saying that this is not detailed enough or too difficult, they just have to look for other videos that suits them.
I am one of the many puzzled by the PI warnings about 'no PSF singal ...' and others similar messages. I think I understand the reason, but I am using iTelescope and often have to use calibrated images (as their calibration masters are often very bad or unusable). I have no clue if I can use the new weighting methods or not, if PI recalculate the values from the calibrated lights or not. May be this is too detailed but I think many people having questions about these messages.
Anyhow, thank you for your work.

Very good... you are on the right track. In order to take advantage of Telescope Live data- you should grab the raw files and the calibration data. In this way, PixInsight can do its measuring... and you can take advantage of the new stuff.
