Pull-ups are the most important excercise for grapplers to develop lats, wrist, forearm and grip strength.
The atmosphere in Eddie's school is so respectful, chill, humble, camaraderie. Looks like a great bunch of guys having alot of fun.
Eddie Bravo has a wonderful school.
Pull-ups and deadlift. All you really need to be a beast.
