So far my buying experience with Pulte has been EXCELLENT! They have been very, very responsive, informative and organized. The purchase process has very been streamlined. They offer a fantastic low fixed interest rate on qualifying homes.

@@zer-kz8mb Warranty issues are typical with all buiders in some manner.
@@WDW-vg4tt o yeah?? Come to my Pulte neighborhood and speak to everyone, yes… everyone. At least 1 major warranty repair has been done to each home. From incorrectly graded plumbing causing your garage floor for bashed up for months to the second level floor being 1.5” lower than the surrounding second level exterior wall. Also want to ask how many had to get the AG’s office involved to get things completed.

Pulte used to build unique quality homes. Now, they look like WEF cardboard boxes
The bulk of their homes have not been as nice as what they can do. There are still some communities that have some 🔥 Pulte homes. Almost custom. But yes the bulk is not their best ability. Still a solid builder for the level
