I agree. It’s sad this project is coming to an end but at the same time… we get to see the results! I’m telling you. Seregios got lucky beating Legiana last time. A lot of results will no doubt be quite different which when combined with all the fun times makes this project a big win in my books.
Yeah, couldn’t comment on every single post, but I’m glad that this project is near an end and to see it unfold will be so much gleefull to see.

I think this was a really awesome project to majorly cap off 2024 going into next year with Monster Hunter Wilds, Connor. I remember I was commenting a bit on some of the early monster poles, but after a while, I just found it easier to simply leave my vote and allow what a lot of other people were saying to fill in the gaps because I could talk about my favorite monsters any time of the week, all day, every day. That isn’t to say I didn’t value my own opinions on the polls, but I feel I’d be rather redundant with a lot of my favorites, and as much as I enjoy writing essays, they don’t make the best viewing experience on a poll going rank by rank. But I am very excited to see the fruits of your labor on this project ever since it began in March. I’m honored to be a viewer, and here’s to your next major project!
Not committing to a bit? A lot of us didn’t really get the memo. Jokes aside I’m glad you seem to have enjoyed this project as much as I did! Let’s hope your favorites make a deep run even if they’ll inevitably be beaten by Legiana.
@ I’m not bothered by the notion of my personal favorites being overtaken by another monster, because that’s always going to happen regardless of how much you love something. No two people are ever going to have the same exact tastes. I’m happy you enjoy Legiana as much as you mate, though my favorite flying wyvern belongs to Seregios.
The UA-cam poll system definitely helped with getting as many votes as possible even if the 5 stars system is a bit limiting. There were definitely monsters where I wished I could give them like a 4.5/5 but had to choose either 4 or 5.
Also, I don’t think the algorithm would have liked your channel if every time someone saw your community post they left the website to go vote 😂

One of the best things of this CR community poll is the fact that in the official poll, Rise monsters got pretty low ratings (probably because they were newer idk), only a small amount of them made it into the higher half of the rankings (most disgusting example is Narwa I believe, which is bottom 30 or something while almost everything else around her is subspecies and stuff), and some monsters got lower rating because they weren't good or memeable enough (for example Beotodus got a VERY low rating, second lowest base monster, because the other Piscines are so hated that some people meme-voted them), I was so happy when I saw Rakna's votes compared to the official one!

I wonder how much subspecies and variants especially divided certain monster's numbers too. Especially Crimson Glow and Ruiner are interesting cases. The two Valstraxes are basically the same monster in different games, and Nergigante very well might have gotten 1st if Ruiner wasn't siphoning some of his votes. The new order is going to be really interesting.
I'm actually very excited about how the rankings are gonna end up being like. I have a fairly good idea of who's at the top and the bottom, but especially the middle will be interesting.

@G1eatShad0w no matter. I would have WAY too much to say about Rey. He's so GODDAMN AWESOME. But I'm not ranking him until the game has concluded in like 4 years
@@Masterofhammers I haven’t been playing the beta test but in terms of music Rey has to be my favorite. Then again, when it comes to design Uth Duna RAINS supreme. I guess our opinions on these monsters really won’t be fully solidified until the game concludes but I for one am incredibly excited for Wilds roster.

I decided to not vote for any monster I haven’t fought, I feel like judging it based off its design is unfair
I voted on a lot that I had seen their fights but not personally fought, but I also skipped voting on some. Namely a lot of the deviants and Rise’s Apex monsters that I just don’t remember.
Yeah, who would judge monsters purely on design, right? Hehe, that would be silly...
@@peck_neck97 sometimes you can be surprised. Yian Garuga is a 1 star for design, but it’s fight is a pretty good 3 star. IMO of course. The opposite is true for Black Veil, 3/4 star design with a 1 star fight

@@eeeeeeeeee0114 it’s one of my few 1 star monsters. I save that rating for things I absolutely refused to fight. Still picking a least favourite monster is very hard for me, I believe everything at least has one or two qualities. Like his design is fine, and his armour looks cool
