• In order to fight the Blood-Drunk Master, you must defeat the first 3 roaming masked warriors with the bloody crest equipped, then learn every skill, then you'll be invited to the roof of the Kamuro Theater.
• "Tough Cuss" is also the battle theme for Yagami's DLC Boxing style.

The new tracks from Kaito Files really stunned me. Crimson Devil and Duel of Love are both absolutely S tier boss themes

some Shoko Asahara shit would actually be really fucking cool. i mean lost judgment's plot had some moments that were actually quite shocking and i think this would be just as shocking at times if not more shocking

Love the start of Sadamoto boss fight when he cuts Kaidos hand. So that what happens after the boss fight makes sense even some psycho decided to no hit :)
Is a nice detail Fudo talks about his son Kenya Ohikiri after what happened of the boxing school story.

Akutsu's theme is my favorite especially the "hands in the air" part captures his chadness. Akutsu was so awesome there was an entire chapter dedicated to fighting him,
It's awesome how his theme sounds like rave music (becuase of how RK's base looks). The hands in the air part is something you would hear at raves as well.

Sadamoto’s theme was awesome. Definitely my favorite of the dlc. Kinda wish Kaito had an Amon fight of his own instead of discount Tessou but still pretty cool.
I mean, that's usually what the amon fights are + some bullshit gimmick

Discount Tesso has a banger theme tho, maybe thats the only good thing about it

Lost Judgement has, in my opinion, the best ost from RGG studios, The Kaito Files furthered that opinion. Shame the game got snubbed at the game awards

Yakuza 0's ost to me is one of the greatest in the whole series.
The added dynamic intros and the qte's scattered in were a nice touch. It reminds me of another youtuber called Like A Maid Dragon who does something similar. It's a small change that makes these videos so much better.

The RK Gang battle theme is lit. But my favourite has to be Unwavering belief for epicness, and Duel of Love for a battle that surprisingly doesn't feel with high stakes, yet still has a feeling of accomplishment and importance even if it's not tense.
RK Members = Crimson Lotus.
Daimu Akutsu = Shusuke Kenmochi.
Kazuki Soma = Kyoya Sadamoto.
Jin Kuwana = Yasutaka Shirakaba.
Kinda works, but Kenmochi and Shirakaba are a lot better people than Akutsu & Kuwana respectively

@@ashikjaman1940 Hard to say, maybe slightly. Both are just psychos willing to do anything to get their way, but at least Soma claims to do it for a cause rather than personal gain like Sadamoto. Plus Sadamoto seems to get a level of entertainment from his actions.
That being said Sadamoto seems genuinely mentally ill unlike Soma, so maybe that makes Soma worse in a way.
Kuwana despite his flaws is still a good person atleast.
The boss themes from the regular game are badass enough, but the DLC tracks are pretty spot on as well, especially King Lotus. Seems fitting for someone like Kenmoichi, who when he isn't three sheets to the wind seems on the verge of completely losing the plot (if his rant from the start of the second fight with him is anything to go by), but is still enough of a beast to give Kaito a run for his money.
The Duel is one of the best OSTs atmospherically in the whole franchise, it suits the fight and its context perfectly
i like the additions of cutscenes & qta, makes it fun to watch on background
Absolutely zero clue why but Neon Sunset sounds like something out of both Dead Rising and Tekken for me.

I honestly kinda forgot Vorarephilia even played for the delinquents, this theme hits so much harder when it plays against Kuwana.
Also I love every one of the new tracks from the DLC, Crimson Devil is already one of my favorites.
Vorarephelia playing for Kuwana was the rawest shit, he had such a cool introduction.
Although after finishing the game, I just associate the song with Watanabe throwing Yagami into the river
@@kaz101 I think symbolically the song fits with Watanabe the best since he's consumed by the corruption of the legal system even though he tries very hard to stay legit

Not intended as a nitpick but why isn't Hydra included in lists like these? It plays when you fight the first and most fearsome boss, "Hits the Gym" Kosuke.
Because it isn't a boss theme. Hydra is a scenario theme, a story battle theme. Same as Fatal Conflict, Standoff, Bishop-Violet Velveteen, Asphodelos and My Own Style.
This soundtrack boss theme makes me satisfying☺☺☺

Man I love this series so much, definitely one of my favorites. The dynamic intro name card with banger music sync always hype me up and feels satisfying to watch. Makes me wish there was an easier way to replay fights without creating a bunch of saves (gauntlet doesn't feel the same). K.O.G. definitely grows on you, wasn't too keen on it the first time. Unwavering Belief might be my favorite final boss theme ever and I've been gaming for a long time.
Dig in your heels is peak, dare I say even better then unwavering belief imo. Shit makes me ascend everytime I listen to it
Juzo Amon's theme sounds like something from Dynasty Warriors lol
it's like John Wick music, but heavily stylized and honestly kinda better

How do you get the skill books for the Kaito files? They are the only ones I need besides the one for the cats.
There's one during the story when you're searching the bato detective agency, and others you have to find focus points around the town. There should be a list online of which one is where
