Forex trading is considered halal (permissible) as long as it adheres to certain principles outlined in Sharia law.
1. No Riba (Interest): Trading in currencies should not involve any form of interest (riba). This means that traders should avoid trading on margin or using leverage, as these involve interest payments.
2. Immediate Exchange: Forex trading should involve an immediate exchange of currencies, known as "hand to hand" or "spot" transactions, without any delay or interest.
3. No Speculation or Gambling: Forex trading should not be treated as gambling. Instead, it should be based on careful analysis and not driven by excessive risk-taking or speculation.
4. Avoid Uncertainty (Gharar): Transactions should be transparent, and there should be clarity regarding the price, quantity, and timing of the exchange.
5. No Forbidden Currencies: Traders should not engage in trading currencies that are considered haram (forbidden) in Islam. For example, trading currencies of companies involved in activities such as alcohol, gambling, or pork production would be prohibited.
6. Ethical Considerations: Forex traders should also consider ethical and moral factors when choosing which currencies to trade.

1. There are several types of trading in digital media, namely crypto, forex, stocks, gold & silver, bonds, etc. The quality of market movements varies slightly from 99% accuracy in certain types of applications, this all includes halal trading. Unless you don't have the knowledge, don't want to learn how to manage risk that's gambling/haram. It's better to play with a demo account first while learning and look for an experienced instructor to make your trading more comfortable and even better. Remember trading is purely halal for investing, Hopefully it will be profitable in the future.
2. Binary trading such as app options or binomo is gambling/Haram because there are hidden enemies being played by dealers who can cause you to go bankrupt. Binary trading includes a guessing game between the options of clicking the up and down buttons. But trading is not the same as crypto forex and stocks. Market movements are not the same as crypto forex stocks. Be careful not to download trading in the form of binary.

You trade any commodity, stocks or forex interest is not permissible. People who don't know trading think it's gamble. If you don't know flying airplane but try to fly it without knowledge and expertise then yes you are gambling your life.

I agree with you 100% on this! The problem with most Islamic scholars even in these days is that they talk about something and try to analyze it under the Islamic microscope but they fail to understand the exact dynamics of the thing in the first place! To know the whole knowledge and the intricacies of forex and how exactly it works needs some years and thousands of hours of studies and not simply knowing from some uneducated person a lecture of 15 to 30 minutes and start issuing fatawas on the whole subject! The losers will always say it's gambling because they don't understand about currency exchange.. if forex is illegal while currency exchange at a money exchange counter will be illegal too... many say it's a get-rich-quick scheme but if they're not knowledgeable they'll still be loss too.. 4. Never claim to know: Ask questions and it's best you work with a financial advisor. I made it as newbie by working with Miss NORA and today I can show alot of my achievement.

Haram itu karena ada konsep pemakaian Leverage pada Crypto Futures atau Forex yang dimana itu "riba" disana mas. Bisa dikatakan halal jika itu 1:1 tradingnya, alias perdagangan via Spot itu yang di halalkan.

If you follow all the rules of Shariah in Forex, it is allowed.
My own Recommendation:
Don't use these types of platforms for making money, as you will never get peace of mind because you will be confused that whether it is halal or haram.

there are some brokers that don't ask you for commissions, using leverage. then this kind of commissions in my opinion we pay them for a service, in which we agreed from the beginning with the broker. then if you for example open a lot and the commission of a lot is 3$ you once you open your position you always have to take off 3$, if you are in negative or positive, they never ask you for rules saying seen how with a lot you managed to make more than 1k then the commission is increased. commissions in all brokers is fixed. then only god knows the truth . interest are riba but commissions are services. leverage is helping us to start making money is a good thing in my opinion.
because i've been studying for years and doing backtesting read books on psychology etc. who knows how many sacrifices we made to start being professional traders. in a nutshell it's not a gamble if you commit to study day and night.

i think that if you can buy for example XAUUSD in 2200$ per lot and your bank balance is 10000$ then you are not using leverage... in simple terms for me i think leverage is a loan provided by broker... if your bank balance is 5000$ and you bought 0.1 lot leverage will still not be added... its my concept and way of thinking...

Buying and selling on the basis of prediction and not certainty is impermissible.

Options trading is done in Saudi Arabia as well. How is this haram? Futures is also haram? I was about to get into futures. Why is futures haaram. I understand about margin in forex trading b/c margin comes with interest. If you have a large account and you don't use margin then u r good or if you have carry currency, you give the interest part and you are good. I'm just confused about options and futures.

Trading is a business . Without knowledge, trading plan, reason to entry, money management, discipline and emotion control it's just purely gambling. Buying gold also is not a good thing as u always lost when selling as the buying price n the selling price has a big difference, only the gold merchants who gain money not individual...

Many people don't understand, what Dr Zakir is saying is if you trade without leverage, margin, swap then it's permissible. That means you trade with 10k ++ without leverage
If you trade with mt4, then it's automatically not permissible because it also involves cfd which is haram in Islam. Read about cfd to find out more.

There is a concept called *scalping* where one monitors the price of a stock in real-time and makes necessary decisions whether to purchase or sell. This can be done dramatically using the concept of software programming where some scripts do the things for traders and can get into the actual trade.
In which broader category does this concept come. Is it halal or haram.
In future trading the profit are not shared with the lenders, and in case the market crushes any losses are entirely covered with the initial money that the borrower has deposited. Soo, the question regarding future trading are not yet clear.

If you have enough money to buy a million tons of gold forex platforms will welcome that although this amount does not exist in the globe. Same applies to currencies.

Spot trading is halal as you are buying a portion of that company a full share of it like in the stock market, u just have to be careful that this company doesnt indulge in alcohol , bad content or other haraam stuff then u shuld be good spot@@dq8006

Далее. Я к примеру покупаю на рубли доллары, но курс доллара через секунду падает, я остаюсь в минусе. Получается процент своей валюты я так же теряю.

you don't own the asset, you're not really trading on cfd forex, you're more speculating. Thats why only forex spot trading is halal
Some brokers offer swap free trading which is islamically ok, generally brokers offer compound interests where if you make profit and dont withdraw money for a month or so then the broker gives you compound interests then this is haram, its like same as fixing money in your bank for a while and bank gives you interests which is again haram for us. As Dr Zakir said buying and selling of currencies is ok, but we cant keep the money and make profits on it in terms of interests.

You need to invest some time in studying what Forex is and how the market works, so you can combine the knowledge and analyse on your own if it's halal or not. If you really do your homework, you'll end up knowing indeed it's haram.

On EUR/USD if you buy EUR with your dollar do you have euro on your possession? If you ask them give me my EUR which I have bought, do they will give you? No, which means you do not have any control at all.

I just don't get it. When we use levrage, it means that the broker lends us money to trade, but it doesn't take any percentage of our profit.

Don't over complicate it. Leverage is just a tool. Take it this way, when you're trading, you're just trading the price, the number, of which direction the price goes, you profit an amount or lose an amount. Multiple leverage to the price difference between your entry point and your exit point. You have your profit or lose. The broker doesn't lend you money
Laverage is not money,, laverage allows you to use bigger lot , therefore you can lose your money very fast and blow account or win very fast

I totally understand that is margin trading is haram when we share our profit to the broker but as far as binance concern when we trade in futures binance doesn't take any profit sharing they gives us full profit on our trade so what about this?

I Think you have misunderstanding of buying money with money. Like exchanging old dollars with new dollars i believe that's haram i think. When i say old dollars i mean the old dollars that are like only few years old with the new version of the dollar.
