That keyboard is ok to learn basics. Better to buy min E373 for getting touch response .

For church use i want usb to play as midi mp3 and wav and church styles with keyboard is better with more features with vocal remover and pitch bend for songs in wav
SX 700 is best for church and live solid music band but for singers SX 900 is better because it has vocal harmony.
Even though SX is arranger, it has workstation level sound quality compared to korg pa series.
SX series can be played in live band since it has realistic instruments tones.

But keyboard punch is very low completely to korg. Yamaha have good tones but not a realistic sound fully electrical mix.
But Yamaha have nice inbuilt rythems.

Yamaha sx is imprved one than s series. But drum depth is not coparable with korg.. Korg Drum kits edit fuction is full.. Kits are good punch.. strings, vibraphone, tabla kits also really nice.. in Korg..
I dont like piano sound in korg.. piano and guitar sounds I like yamaha..

Am a church player, ഞാൻ ആദ്യം use ചെയ്തത് Casio CTK 700 ആയിരുന്നു... Rythems അധികവും ഞാൻ Casio keyboard ൽ തന്നെ ചെയ്ത് എടുത്ത് ആണ് use ചെയ്തത് 3 വർഷം ഞാൻ അത്കൊണ്ട് പള്ളികളിൽ വായിച്ചു ..
അതിന് ശേഷം Korg Pa 700 എടുത്തു...
പിന്നെ ധ്യാനങ്ങൾക് വായിക്കാൻ തുടങ്ങി .. ഒരു സന്മനസ്സുള്ള വ്യക്തി ഞങ്ങ ധ്യാന team ന് ഒരു Yamaha Psr SX 900 സംഭാവന ചെയ്തു
ഞാൻ ഇപ്പൊൾ രണ്ടും ഒരേ സമയം ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നു..
നമ്മൾ ഒരു dress or ചെരുപ്പ് ഒക്കേ എടുക്കുന്നത് പോലെ തന്നെ ആണ്...ഏറ്റവും നല്ലത് എന്ന് ഒന്ന് ഇല്ല...നമുക്ക് ചേരുന്നത് ആണ് നമ്മളെ സംബന്ധിച്ച് ഏറ്റവും നല്ലത്

I have an I425 since atleast 15 years and i am using psr770 approx 10 years or more in church. I wanted to buy a new one for me cause I can't borrow the church's keyboard at home all the time. I am really bored of my one cause after using 770 i have almost used every feature of it, made styles, tones banks,midis almost everything. But for doing that i have to spare time and go to church and do, which is very cumbersome and I believe its a time taking process which have to be done with a free mind at home with free time. Now I am thinking to buy a new one but don't have that much budget. Only can sell my one and put some some thousands in that. So planning to buy a second hand. But not sure which one to go for now and from where to buy a second hand keyboard. I am thinking of korg but as you said no 8 banks, freeze and I can access any yamaha with my pen drive, i have banks and thousands of custom styles in my pen drive, which cannot be done in korg ig. But the styles are better in korg ig. I am planning for pa700 or 1000 if it comes in a good price. I saw in olx pa1000 was coming in 23k but don't know whether it's genuine. Otherwise i have to go for sx 700 or 900 if i get one. But the point is it has very less changes except the output and some of the tone editing features.
Please help or suggest me something. I was also thinking of some midi keyboard so that atleast i can experiment with different tones better then i425
SX 900 have good options but I am disappointed only by the factor that is not have full fledged voice drum kit editing as like korg have.. PA 1000 Will never get for that prize range.. 2nd.. If its completely faulty and modified.. can have chance.. Only choose 2nd keyboard from known Source.. I don't prefer that.. Those who genuinely love keyboard will keep instrument perfect they may sell only if any upgrading or incase of faults.. Or those who have just purchases and uses roughly.. We cant assess.. So always choose trusted source..
Korg is a good option It have lots of features.. Synth boards will sound good if you wants to do songs programming.. No needs to worry about registration. It have performance bank.. like registration can save sounds in that.. 4 STS Sound bank is there for each style.. Song book function is there
Is sts same as one touch settings in Yamaha? Then Yamaha gets 8 different freeze voice Plus the ots voices

I 500 have more indian tone focused keyboard. Both are entry level board mainly ment for learning.. can use in small programs only. But not have full potential output as compared with arranger keyboard. In that prize range both are good.

My son learning with e373 now, sometimes play at church with s670. Planning to upgrade his e373. Is sx600 a good choice. (Is mic input there, also Indian tones and rhythms)
Its better not to use mic input in the keyboards.. If any issue in the cable or mic can damage the board as per many users.. Its always better to connect microphone to PA system.
SX 600 is good option at that prize range..Its a hood keyboard to play in church.. If could afford sx700 that will be much better option 20k diference is there.. Indian tones and styles are there in yamaha sites. That are not that impressive. But many of us creating indian styles which could be better to play in church..

Can use. Its not have 7/8 style or odd time signature.. So needs to play without styles for few songs.. Style expasion is also not possible.. but can use for playing worship songs in 4/4 or3/4

For Grand Piano and Guitar in Yamaha SX is far better, Korg piano and guitar is trash
But violin and strings are better in korg
I too feel the same.. Korg Tabla kits I like. But yamaha is far good in terms of piano and Guitar also the factory styles are also very good in Yamaha..
Im pretty sure.. once you try Korg N364, TR, or M3 ... you all will change your opinions.. i have been using TR synthesizer ... if you try the tonal variations, then you will understand.. many famous songs like daivasneham varnicheedam, yeshuve nee enikkai ... they were all done in korg n364. Korg is not bad... piano wise sure.. yamaha is amazing! Synthesizers are best applicable for hardworking keyboardists..
For new, beginner's and lazy people

Personally, for me, Roland was not that beneficial to me. You pay a lot but are very unworthy when it comes to indian level works... in india.. either Korg, according to my opinion... otherwise, yamaha is there
Man, those were the times i used to spend 3 to 4 hours sequencing kurbana and songs in Korg TR...(All step and real time recording into 16 tracks).In Korg Tr, once you create a song with tabala in 1 track, you can send an individual tabala track only as an output apart from your L+R...actually you have 3 individual outputs and 1 L+R
Now im more using FlStudio with Akai Midi keyboard...(Software level sequencing)

Korg I do like than yamaha.. But mostly in churches all uses Yamaha.. If god permits to do that will create styles with good quality tabla and Indian type styles.. Now the available styles are not impressive.
And also 700 series has some bug issues I had some issues with it
