Because he was elected to represent in parliament and after presenting in that capacity should had come back and shared to his people of the state. Wanting him to be more responsible then the earlier seniors except K.A Sangtam that I know who brought many changes. Others may not have put their feet even in 10% of the state during their tenure even majority educated lapsed without knowing who was and their mp's. Just my personal views not for political consumption.
