Our goal is to purchase a property for no more than 800k and to do that location is key. We are inspecting open homes in the Westmead surrounding areas as the budget fits best for us regarding location and cost. We are also inspecting apartments as the costs to purchase a house in this area can exceed way over 1 million dollars. Come with us on this journey as we find our new home in Sydney Australia. I dont know what your category is to have Westmead as your base area. But for your price point, probably have a look at Edmondson Park across the train station units or around Liverpool which you might get 100-150k lesser of your budget.
Good point and yes we have considered that area and done abit if research on that location. We're still deciding as it's quite difficult to determine due to costs. Thanks for the comment
The second apartment does it say the strata payment is just over $1000? Is that per year or month?
Yes thats correct and its per quarter, every 3 months.
