0:48 nobody talked about this, when Ruby called "mama" on Akane. This is made me sad.. considering how simple and pure Ruby's heart.

While Aqua breaking character was shocking/interesting by itself, the fact that Ruby picked up on those mannerisms despite it being heavily edited and through a screen is pretty amazing. I hope that they show more of Ruby's perspective in all of this, and how she is doing mentally and how her past identity is doing.
That being said please *please* don't put any spoilers as a reply, if you read the manga and know anything about this topic don't even mention it because I want to watch through this season before I touch the manga.

i think oshi no ko's current story is more like code geass than death note. it focuses on the protagonist trying to exact revenge to his father for his mother's death and not about an egomaniac with moral superiority complex punishing every undesirables.

Akane best girl for me but i do agree Aqua and Kana is probably the OTP. Their relationship starts out really fake at first but Akane grew on me, and i think she’s one of the few that understands and accepts Aqua. Imo, Aqua probably considers her as a true companion at one point though not love unfortunately.

To be fair even when Netflix brings subs they have pretty bad subs, which sometimes change the proper meaning, you could try some other source, I myself have Netflix but use my *other* source if you know what I mean.
When I watched ep 8 right after it was released, Netflix don't have the eng subs. After waiting for one or two days, finally i was able to watch ep 8 with eng sub
