Why do new engines proguse smoke.
This is because of preservation oil in the fuel system and this burned off during the first engine start.
The pw4000 sounds like ge cf6 starting
All the engines sounds the same, only rolls sounds more heavy….. 3 spool engines
Im in a plane right now and we had tecnical hissues at the engies and now they are smoking like that
During flight?????

That is a DC-10 not a MD-11.
It’s an MD11 the DC10 didn’t have winglets
This is a MD11, the last one KLM had. They retired in 2014……
