Awesome haul, m'love! It's always fun to see what you find! YAYS for crochet! The reason I love it over knitting is because if you make a mistake you just pull the yarn back through the loops - no picking up of dropped stitches, So much easier! FWIW I found learning the basic stitches from The Crochet Crowd videos way easier than diagrams, but once you've got the basics down you can get patterns from everywhere - just hit me up if you need help xx
Wonderful haul, I love finding gems while thifting, it's the thrill of the "find"! I haven't been thrifting for so long, it looks like fun. I'm going to make it a goal for Christmas break to get to the thrift store, you've inspired me. Crochet is my favorite handwork to do in front of the TV. Those yarns will be cute made up, I have the same book that was left to me from my mom. It's a great book. Wishing you a blessed yule season.💚
