Thank you for explaining this even further! I’ve had a cyst on an ovary for about 3 years that has grown to 5.7 cm. Not gonna lie, knowing about this cyst definitely has me concerned.
Thank you Dr. Chambers for this information on ovarian cysts. In 2015, I received a laparoscopic ovarian cysts surgery on my right ovary and to maintain my post surgery I was placed on birth control. It was very helpful to learn about the prevention.
Had 3 cysts on my left ovary rupture. The most excruciating pain I've ever gone through in my life, and I've ruptured discs in my back and had surgery without anesthesia. NSAIDS do NOT help. Third was close to golf ball size. I wouldn't wish this pain on anyone.
Thank you for this! I was told that I have very small ovarian cysts about a year ago. I’m not as concerned about them now that I’ve seen this video. I will be sure to follow up on them soon though. One question: I only got the cysts after 2-3 years of trying different birth controls (nexplanon, sprintec, and lilleta). Is there any possible correlation between the certain flux of hormones with these different birth control methods and the development of the cysts I have?
Pray you’re well and having a blessed day as you’ve just made mine. Thank you so much for this much needed content as I await my appointment. Looking forward to watching and sharing more of this great work.
Hello, 4/23 I had hysterectomy, the only was left was my ovaries However, I complain to my PCP about the pain I been feeling so she ordered ultrasound, X-ray well xray was good but the ultrasound was 2 cyst was on my ovaries L-2cm and R- 6.8
Things like this work, feeling how it began to shrink and eventually disappear within 2 months was so liberating. I followed the steps I mentioned, and within the first 2 weeks the bloating was gone. I just go'ogled Tilly Strankten's Cyst Guide and now I feel as light and relaxed as I've ever been.

How did you shrink your ovarian cysts
