My house decorators mix pva into the paint and honestly it has the best thing ever. The paint became solid and durable, 10 yrs down the line and its still as good as the first day it was put on. It clearly lasts longer and any marks can be removed with a wet cloth with ease. Brilliant combo. Thank you to my polish decorators for this trick.
I love this video, and what a coincidence for me. I mixed emulsion with normal paint blue paint about a year ago to to get a light blue, unknown to me it was easily wiped off like the emulsion, so no good. Anyway I threw the paint away yesterday!! after it sitting there for over a year. Your video was the solution
Yeh, that's around £35 of diesel, plus wear on tyres etc. your 'free' tub of paint cost you at least £35. But thanks for the vid, I'll try it tomorrow.

Great video! What PVA to paint ratio should I use?
But is it overpaintable with an emulsion in the future?
Liverpool to Scotland for a free tub of matt emulsion 7 hours round trip, you are joking ?
