What would the Thunder give up to get Cam Johnson? Obviously, they can easily throw in a protected first. But I'm looking at their payroll and I'm not seeing how they get to the money with only expendable players. I don't think they should move any of their top 9 in mpg to make it happen, but the players after that don't make enough money. I guess you could do Caruso, Kenrich Williams, and Dieng. Caruso has been part of their top 9 and he's integral to their defense, but he's been SO bad on offense this year. Maybe you trust that your defense will still be elite, but you inject a little more offense by doing that? What about Cam Johnson in Dallas? You have several ways to get to the money. What I can't figure out with them is whether they can trade a pick any time soon. I see they have their own picks in 2025, 2026, and 2031. But it's not clear to me whether picks they already have going out would limit their ability to trade them. If I were them, I'd happily give up Klay (once he's eligible to be traded) to get Cam Johnson. He's just much better at this point. Klay plus Kleber seems like the easiest way to get to Johnson's money. Plus, they could shed a little salary in the process. Just a thought. I'm sure there are other good destinations.
you're on cam with okc. they'd have to give up wiggins or Joe plus another two players probably. cam in dallas is interesting. he'd make them even bigger if they keep pj. I wonder if they could get off Klay for cam if they put a first on the table. interesting fit. another good one feels like Atlanta if they decide to buy. if Cleveland was willing to move okoro and niang and Tyson, though that's prob not enough compensation unless nets love okoro. Detroit could be fun if they're willing to give up one of their young wins, too.
Is it possible that the Nets and Jazz have two of the best coaches in the NBA? The irony being that both teams don't want to win. Seems like the Jazz finally kneecapped Will Hardy enough, but the Nets need to do the same thing.
it definitely is possible because I feel like it's true already. prob need to see how Jordi does the rest of the year/handles an even worse roster tho haha
You got baited by aggregators on both the Sarr only wants to play PF, and the Kuzma vetoed the trade stories. If it's not coming directly from Josh Robbins, and is Wizards related it's likely not true.
Sup Fellow Sickos??? We discussed the most confusing teams in the NBA this season. Check it out here: ua-cam.com/video/56Bi5nE-274/v-deo.html 🤘🫶
Dan I would be on standby for edible trade talk this seems like a thing that should be lit nba talk.
OMG SOMEONE ACTUALLY WANTS THIS?!
@@HardwoodKnocksNBA I want it too! And as your #1 fan, I feel like my vote should count double.
Well done 😊

You guys have good chemistry together! (Not to say you and Grant don't.) Enjoyed listening to this.
