I took a chance and made this on a whim since i have so many zucchini, i am so glad i did i lessened sour cream and added a smokey chedder, the Ritz i used the everything flavor. WOW! is all im sayin.. ill be making this again. ❤
I just put all the ingredients in my baking pan ,let the fun begin,I can hardly wait to taste this greatness of a casserole,looked so good,,I had to bake one and try it out myself,wish me luck,,this is supper tonight for 2,,,thankyou for the recipie

Made this last night. Was surprised at how easy it was to make. I used zucchini and yellow squash. Very good. Used baking powder, worked wonderful !!!
