The 9th pick- Bo Horvat. The best young defensive forward in the game, and these days kids wanna be McDavids and score. He's our future captain. The Lu trade- we got a player in Shawn Matthias who helped our forward group the next year. And our future number one goalie in Markstrom, the same guy who Luongo picked on. So that's proof that disasters always have hope to be turned around. We have Eriksson, Horvat, Baertschi, Gudbranson, Hutton, Tanev, Markstrom. So Canucks fans, don't lose hope! We will not be a cup contender but we will be in 1-3 years. The next chapter is coming.

The Ownership needs to sell the team to real owner, and we need to get rid of Gillis, he's taken this team and tore it down and now we gotta go through years of Failure to get back to what we had, We Fucking went from 2 Number One Goalies to an Unproven Rookie and a Failed Prospect now as our Goalie options, I would not blame anyone on the team who demand trades off this fucking so called Hockey Team, Gillis Get's Rid of Cody Hodgson a fucking Beast of a Player for a Guy they wanted to be what Todd Bertuzzi was, and all he's done is shit the bed here, honestly we need to Blow this team up for draft picks and Proven Prospects
Zack kassian does actually have talent if you say he doesnt idont think youve watched any games. The Bo Horvat trade atm is not very good but in a few years down the road it could be worth it. Markstrom former AHL goalie of the year could be future all star, most goalies dont develope fully until 26.
Just thought I'd point out that you should pat yourself on the back over Markstrom. He's had an incredible year of development in the AHL and it sounds like they'll be trading Lack over him by Summer.
