I am trying to gather all of these things while being older and becoming handicap. Father God, I hate this word help me not to use it as much. Being this was the beginning of this video and I am only beginning to watch it. I wanted to let you know how proud of you I am. You are young and a mover and shaker. I used to be able to get things done more like you, but I am OK because I have Jesus. I think you do also. I just wanted to let you know this. @@fishin-impossible2992 brother, you sound just like me I had my first neck surgery 15 years ago and the second one October 21 will be nine years ago. Everything was wonderful after the first surgery but if it wasn’t for Jesus Christ, I don’t know how it would make it till today after the second surgery neck surgery. The week after next, I go back to my neurosurgeon to see if they are planning to do a third. I turned 62 on October 4. I can tell you one thing, though you won’t believe the places in the name of Jesus, this bad neck is taking me. Life on this earth is short but the afterlife is an eternity where you end up as they say either up or down in layman terms. I tend to be with Jesus Christ if I have anything to say about it as a follower, believer and worshiper. Did you know forever as a long time. I just finished praying for you, when I saw this post. I guess I would be considered Keto. I worried I would miss sugar and too many carbs. I had been very sick & stuck in bed after always being an athlete and staying on good shape as an adult. I eat meat I buy from a local farm, that has other things. Sorry, by day 2 of keto I couldn't believe the difference I felt. I had also had then or now any desire for sugar or carbs & when I have had to eat something out if I have to, the next day I feel like crap. I've lost 2/3 of my personal weight loss goal. I'm moving around more and longer up and out of bed. It's unbelievable how weak and unsteady your muscles become in and out of bed for two yrs. Just seeing it, I can't even think about it. I started getting off any possible med a little over 1 1/2 yrs ago & wow, that's made a huge difference and after the poke stuff (didn't get it, tried to warn people) & things I was noticing in my own life certain things about newer meds, being prescribed off use over the line for off label use being sued class action, they lose and keep selling it. Sorry my new understanding of how the system runs, where most of them are made, and so much more. I'm no doctor so talk to yours, but I encourage everyone to read the entire warning pamphlet of every new med you get prescribed. I personally stick to older tried & true meds like Ibuprofen, Tylenol, That are time tested. Pay attention to this area folks. Not enough people understand what's going on, but it's crucial and often prevents the work out discussed above that I think is a very good workout.

I am an old bloke (>80) and lived by myself for many years, and I had about 6 months of food stockpiled. Then a son and his handicapped son, needed to move back into my place and bang, all my home and storage spaces was needed to be shared with these 2. To make it worse they are very much wanting to eat lots of foods that weren't the same as me, and to do a big fresh and frozen food shop each week and shun my food choices. So now I am back being lucky to have a months worth of most stuff and much of my refrigerator and freezer space is taken up by their weekly shop. I just hope that we don't face a situation where we need more longer stored food. Handicapped grandson, is VERY food fussy, so this has a big influence, What we do for family, hey.

Freeze dried Foods will go 25 yrs so you hopefully wont have to rotate them but they are a little pricey so I only buy dairy & eggs in that category......... When People store it and forget it alot of money is wasted when they finally inspect it and have to throw it all away !!!!......Eat it....rotate it.... and inspect it at least yearly !!! PLEASE

I don't know if you address this, but there are some health issues that can't be exercised away. I have a seizure disorder and on meds for it. I'm pretty sure they're caused by low blood sugar spells, but I need to drive and can't go off my meds to find out. If the time comes where there's no meds a valid drivers license won't matter and I'll figure a way to manage seizures if they come. I also have chronic lower abdomen/back pain. Dr's can't find a cause on imaging or exams. It's aggrivated by any physical activity so I have to do routine things and projects in pockets of time. I also sit on a stool in the kitchen when I've got to push through. I also have a rolling garden seat so I don't have to bend over and can get everything done without multiple breaks. Just saying, there are things that conditioning won't fix. Fyi: I work at a school and get 9000-12,000 steps in a day including stairs, carrying a 20lb+ bag & books.
