As it turns out, I was wrong, you can actually use the T1154 radio for built-in radio comms too. You just need to use the push to talk button next to the navigator. Cool stuff!

Recently, you asked questions about why people buy campaigns. The answer on this one is why I bought this plane - Because of you - When I listen to your videos I see we think alike about realism. I would not of bought this plane just now if not for your mastery and skills. DCS can become boring in single player after you get your skills dialed in. It will be like my first deployment after training when I start your campaigns.
Thanks for the kind words. Yes that’s exactly why I started making them. Once I master a module I want to pit my skills to test in a realistic environment
great video, isn't it fantastic that these aircraft have been modelled to this level of detail - when I started flight sims in the late 80s this would have been unbelievable level of detail and immersion.
Great tutorial, thanks. Eagerly awaiting your campaign! I’m surprised they didn’t add an auto-level function whilst not in the pilot seat, a sort of “auto” pilot if you will.
Bonus props for doing it in the air haha. And with dodgy track ir! I kept wanting to jump in & take the stick for you so you could concentrate. Hopefully they add a hold attitude feature from navigator seat. If you can steer from there I can't see any reason not to add it.
Yes, that would be a most welcome feature. Like what we have in the Huey. I'm using facetrack btw, and it's super dodgy as soon as I turn my head more than 90 degrees...:(
@@ReflectedSimulations crikey I'm actually impressed it works as well as does from your vids, never tried it. I've seen people be very crafty with their head tracking setups, hopefully you get a upgrade soon. Flight sim gear is only thing in world that bloody triples in price over a decade 🙄
Fantastic tutorial. Thanks! Hope there will be a few more videos about the mosquito as soon as more functions are available ...I have already subscribed to it carefully!
Very nice simulator for using the R1155 and T1154 transmitter and receiver, i have owned tree of this receiver in my long life, the first was 1955 in complete original box direct imported from surplus-shop in UK. the two later was already rebuild by radioamateurs, and was many years later. Anyway i use them a long time for amateurradio-communications. Do i have to buy DCS world to use this simulator?
A heavily wingloaded twin, like the Mosquito, in calm air condtions such as you face here with fog and haze would not be bouncing around like that. But you didn't create the flight model. What you did create, however, as I've said in comments on your other videos, is beyond impressive. And I just know some joker is going to host a mission with a heavy metal radio station easter egg. 😂 At last, now I know where that period music is coming from in those Mossie videos!
Finally getting to learn the Mossie, thanks so much!! Curious, do you think they’ll model the navigator’s map table (I think that’s what it is) forward of the escape hatch on the floor? Looks like it should fold out with an E6-B style slide ruler
