Leonidas ? Good but it's an industrial brand of pralines. You forget "Neuhaus" (the praline creator), "Corné", "Marcolini", "Galler", "Darcis" and many others.
And chocolate line in Brugges.

It's not too crowded because you're out of season... Brugge is a beautiful city that has unfortunately become far too touristy (you should see it in summer time...). PS : to taste the "Brugse Zot" beer, you should go to the "De Halve Maan" brewery, place of production. It's even better !

Next time do make sure that you eat mussels and chips in Bruges. De-li-ci-ous.
Have tried mussels the previous time and ate chips off-camera this time 😅 I can confirm that both are spectacular!
