Doubt you will read this, but most likely the lag is caused by Google photos sync I think, I remember having this problem before. Its some sync setting that uses shit loads of upload data, imitating packet loss.

7:00 So, a loo loo shield with guardian proc is more than a garen R. Right.
garen is all about hitting the tipping point. if they are one-hit ulti does 2k true damage. if they are full you would be lucky ti get 450 damage. so its not so much that ulti is blocked by shield. its that lulu shield makes it so much harder to reach execution threshhold assuming she uses shields to block all your damage instead of waiting to shield someone as they get garen ultied :p

Tyler, as someone who plays garen on top lane i have to say something, Garen is a Spin to Win champ, which benefits from items like Phantom Dancer and Berserkers, while still remaining unkillable post level 6 in any 1v1 circumstance, his passive is still broken, letting him exit and reenter fights whenever he wants to, and also his E procs Conqueror, and lastly his E also gets faster the more AS you have, meaning you should rush Berserkers and stinger for Tri, just advice, best core for raid boss garen is Berserkers, Phantom dancer and tri
TP on Garen is a waste too, you need the ignite dmg to carry fights later on cause you lack of dmg and it offers some good agressions early game
Tri to deadmans to Dd then crit and good to go

The thing about ping spike when someone entered the house could be due to them automatically uploading new files/photos. I had that with google photos which tries auto sync files on the phone and the cloud which results in uploading the new files detected. And uploading those files most likely makes your ping spikes
How can this be stopped?
