Are you sure your noise measurements are accurate? 70db max noise level sounds way too high? Also doesn't really fit the "Silent" part in the title of the video.
That is max fans under 100% load!
@@DigitalDavid 70db is incredibly loud for a CPU cooler that typically sits in close proximity to you. It seems to be performing well, but damn.
