Amazing video! When I was studying abroad in Cambridge, my friends and I walked over to the Orchard Tea Garden in Grantchester one of our last weekends of the semester, because our history teacher had mentioned that it was popular among members of the Bloomsbury Group. It's a fun little place if you're in the Cambridge area and want to check it out--and its a beautiful walk through the Grantchester Meadows to get there! Best of luck with your dissertation!
