engine performance and reliability is top priority...hness is far ahead in this.
Hunter is cost effective but highness is totally a step ahead if we don't consider it's price

Detailed review. Keep up the excellent work. On a lighter note, the design comparison could have been between Hunter vs CB350 RS, not with CB 350 classic. As both Hunter and RS are from the modern retro segment.

One more clarification, are we sure about concluding that the engine heat is equally common for both? I felt Hunter(the same J series engine from other RE models) produces more heat than CB. Please clarify.

CB highness has got Dual horn in Dlx pro variant. Highness is heavy due to metal mudguard that is not a drawback. Not owning any of the bike now. But thought of updating

I think you forgot to mention the slipper clutch with assist and traction control in Honda.
Also, only issue with Hunter is the stiff rear suspension

Bro what is your opinion as your are 5.7 foot height is hunter 350 fit for 6 foot tall person and is hunter riding posture will support for long ride as it is little forward lean geometry.
Yesh for 6 we can ride it bro...and for long also we can do it.. but when it 6.3 or 6.5 it becomes bit uncomfortable for long rides bro..

I have booked a Hunter 350. I did consider Honda H'ness and CB350RS. If you ask me, which is a better bike overall, I would say it's the Honda. But is it 50k rupees better? Definitely no. Hunter 350 has better gear ratios which makes it more easy to ride. I had extensively ridden the H'ness(which I rented) in Bangalore City and I was riding mostly in 1st and 2nd gear and sometimes 3rd gear. I could hardly take it to the 4th and 5th gears. It's that tall geared. For the price that RE has offered Hunter, it's a real deal.

@@rvanoop Athe bro, Malayali aanu. I got my Hunter 5 days back. So far did 150km. In these 5 days what I felt is that Hunter is easier to ride in city. You can quickly shift up the gears and just manage the bike at slow speeds in 4th and 5th gear without engine stalling. In my experience with CB350 which I rode for about 60km in a single day, is just the opposite. You can revv the engine more in each gear and u need to keep the bike in lower gears at slow speeds. That doesn’t mean it’s difficult to ride. It’s just that you need only the first three gears in the city and the top two gears are for open roads. It’s just a matter of getting used to. Refinement is better on CB350. But Hunter isn’t far behind. Royal Enfieldinu aa pazhaya vikaram ippo illa. Sathyam paranjal, the J-series engine is a gem. Ennod chodhichal njan parayum randum nalla vandiya. Randintem character different aanu. But H’ness is around 45k more and RS is around 52k more than Hunter. Aa paisakk extra ennu parayan all LED lighting, traction control, slipper clutch and fuel consumption details in the instrument cluster okke kittum. Enikk ente avashyathinu Hunter aanu value for money aayi feel cheythath. I’m not talking about reliability here. It’s something debatable. Take a test ride and see what you feel is the right bike for you.
