I remember that year when Troy Crowder was rippin' through the Wales Conference (88?), Kimble was the one guy to buckle him with one of his short jabs to the chin. Also, Kimble pursuing Claude Lemieux ... finally tracking him down and Claude being Claude. Classic.
As a kid every Christmas i would get the previous years full season of Hockey Fights. Usually 10-12 VHS tapes. I remember being in awe of the right hand that split Marc Laforge open. Probably to this day still the most blood ive seen lost to a single right hand on the ice.
loved when he signed with the bruins however he got in a bad car accident that summer and hurt his hand,so how well he wasgonna do in the fight game was questionable, ended up being okay,i think his first ,one back was against rob ray,

Hell yeah!! LaForge got blasted right over the eye and it was a gusher!!
Wau, great stories! I didn't knew that Kimble was so cool guy! Thanks for making this broadcast!
Pretty much all the old tough guys are really good guys. You'd think they'd all be hardasses and grouchy, but their usually really cool guys.
KImble was as tough as they come. Not only tough as a pine knot, but could fight ,and fought the best of the best, won most. Def one of the best
Love these NHL interviews 🍻🇨🇦

What's the story behind the car accident? So the bruins didn't resign him because of it
@@jman1749 the summer he sighned with the bruins he smashed his hand in the accident ,his first test was against rob ray
I don’t think Kimble ever tried to hug or hold on in a scrap. No defence at all in his style, all offense.
Loved Kimble. Byers got him good though
Byers also ko'd Glenn Cochrane wicked uppercut. Cochrane didn't know where he was.
absolutely no shame in that. Byers could 100% bang with anyone
