Yes I do not have a lot of products listed but after my last horseshow driving plan to put a ton on it. This fall I plan to show my horse on a International website You do a class and post it on you tube His name is going down as TES The lesson pony
I saw this last year, but opted out when I realised it was for US residents only. There are some other marketplaces that have been growing, such as Amped Up Learning- which charges no subscription, gives you up to 80-90% of your product's price during sales, and has free tailored-made gift codes- and Made by Teachers, which you mentioned on the video. Two other marketplaces that are also open to international sellers are the British sites Lesson Planned and TES, the former uses Paypal and the latter only direct deposit.
I’ve had a few products listed on Classful for a few weeks. I had one sale and received about 92% (5% + 2.9%) compared to the 80% from TPT. It’s definitely a smaller platform, but I appreciate the lower fees.
Thank you for this informative video. I am now curious enough to try it out. I've lost my enthusiasm for TPT as a marketplace. I'm very interested in learning more about alternatives. 😊
Hello Lorianne, I spent last month uploading ALL my resources to Classful. The uploading process is easy, very similar to TpT, just time consuming. All my resources are listed half price however, I have only sold one resource ($2.44 - 0.19 tax - 0.11 sellers fee - 0.37 processing fee =$1.77)I’ve about 15 downloads of my free resources but that’s all. I’ve been looking into other websites to sell my resources since my sales in TpT are way down compared to last year. Last year I made $7,000 on TpT and I was very happy since my sales were growing every year. This year I am under $5,000. I just opened a store in Made by Teachers. I think I’m only going to upload my best sellers there and see what happens. Very disappointed with TpT. I thought it was very funny that when you were showing the Math resources in Classful one of mine was there 😂😂. Thanks for the video 😊
Victoria, thank you for sharing! Don't you love it when you are on the first page! It's so bizarre that TPT is saying they are record sales but so many sellers' incomes are down.
One issue with the Classful marketplace compared to TpT is that Classful doesn't have an easy way to link between products. On TpT, I like to offer a free product that is part of a larger paid product or bundle and include a link in the description, but this is not possible (as far as I'm aware) on Classful. I occasionally make a sale on Classful, but I frequently make sales on TpT.
I'm on Classful and Teach Simple. I haven't made much. I think I made about $4 in Oct. I don't know about Nov. yet, Teach Simple is a site where you pay a monthly fee, I've made about 2.50. I just got on these sites in October 2022. I didn't get on Made by Teachers yet because I have to change some of my products to get them loaded and it seems like too much work.
Oh no! I'm Australian and have uploaded a bunch of products to Classful in the last two days. I was able to pick Australia in the country list- so that's bizarre!
I was a seller on Classful. When I started selling, nothing suggested that I couldn't do that from Australia. There was no warning... I sold a few things and never got paid. When I complained about not getting paid, they deleted my store, and I never heard from them or saw my money.
Hi Lorianne, have you tried putting your products on Made by Teachers? I'm a little bit hesitant to upload my products there. I uploaded some of my few products, and made just a little sale but haven't received my payout. I am worried about their transparency. Can you do some videos about Made by Teachers site also? Thank you very much...
i have sold on classful and tes nothing on made by teachers question tpt has such a great following and we focus so much energy do you think that if we promote them we would get more sales
Hi Heidi, it has slowed down for many sellers on many platforms. Getting your products visible on any platform is key. Are you thinking of ads or blog posts, pinterest, etc.? I saw the other post, yes - I did forget the 1% from Paypal. I rarely use it. Thanks!🙌
i am so busy this summer with lifeguard ing and horse shows really have no time My little white pony placed second in New England in free reinmanship I am so proud working on getting a better e mail letter list plan to post more on Classful
Do you sell your TPT products on other marketplaces? How are your sales?
Unfortunately, no you cannot. I will be featuring marketplaces that you can in the coming weeks.

Thank you for sharing Beverly. I think a lot of teacher sellers have started to sell on Classful for the better fees.

Hi Maureen, I think it's healthy for your side hustle to be diversified, especially when you can put the same products on different sites.

I'm also so disappointed with TPT

@@tangiblelearning You're right - it is disappointing.
What is going on with TPT that peoples sales are going down? Is it an algorithm?
i think the same I am okay if TPT tells us that sales are down but they say they are up while most sellers say they are down
Great video and really needed!! Blessings sweet friend!

Yes, but I think it might happen in the near future if enough sellers ask.
This is great video from the last year! Is Classful open to international sellers now?
Not yet🤥

Yes, try not to spend too much extra work to upload your products on other marketplaces. Thank you for sharing your experiences!

Oh my goodness! Even funnier- 3 of my products on display at 6.27!
It is! When I initially set mine up, I did type Canada and didn't have any issues. I read the TOU last week and it does not US residents only.
@@tangiblelearning 🤣🤣🤣

@@timeaturai7126 wow! That’s terrible! Really bad relations.
SUCKS that we can not sell if we are outside of the US 😮 In 2023.... what? But thank you for revewing it !
I get it! Classful is actually open to having international sellers but it's the payout that gets tricky.
@@ItsAllPrimary Really? What if we are in another country, how do you manage the payout?
Hi ya- I sold 7 items on Classful and 176 on Teachers Pay Teachers.
Woohoo! That is terrific!
Where are people seeing ads on TPT products? I'm not seeing any.
It's still in their "beta" testing, but it's when they download. I've posted a screenshot in our FB group.
Also, they don't show on teacher-seller accounts.
Can you post your tpt work on other sites? I thought it was not allowed?
Hi Rosalind, you can! The only caveat is that they do not want any links going back to TPT
❤another great you tube
you forgot to mention that pay pal also charges 1 percent if you take your money out
Yes - everyone has charges!😁
i'm not from u.s can i sell my tpt resources in this website ??

@@ItsAllPrimary thank you so much ❤❤❤
@@newopportunitiesteacher There is some updated info to your question - coming in next week's video!
