I'm curious how you placed bag on sewing machine for channel top stitching (20:39). Seems tricky, it is a small opening. You are very professional & video is awesome Thx

It is awkward, you are correct and equally awkward to film. Using fabric guides and just eyeballing it, open the bag as much as possible (if it doesn't fit around the arm), go very slowly and keep your fingers safe . . . I keep the needle in the down position so I can stop and start as necessary.

@@IntegrativeHealingwithSadhana I don't! Though I attempted hand sewing a tarot bag once- it has character 😂

Hi. I love this tutorial. Thank you for sharing this. I would like to put beads on my tarot bags. 🥰 What bead size do you use? I tried to shop online but I got confuse coz there are quite a few size-options. I don't want to end up buying the wrong size.

Hi Maria, it depends entirely on the size of the cord that you use. If you can get to a craft store, that is probably the best bet. Here is one I bought amzn.to/3OwKfhT. If the beads don't fit on your cord, you can always hand sew them on with thread. Hope this helps.

what distance do you leave at the base of bag the measurement from bottom of deck to the base please?

Hi Wendy, watch the video from 4:27. Line the cards up with the bottom of the fabric. I have about an inch on either side and good 2 inches on the top.

Your bags are my favorite I've seen, I'm not a fan of the clunky pouches I usually see people make themselves. Now if only I could sew!

What kind of fabric did you use?

To confusing. You went from sewing the 2 sides together to all these pieces together.

After the two ends are sewn together, open and press as shown at 6:00.
Now you have 1 piece, it's like a circle.
Turn the fabric so that the end seams come to the middle.
That leaves the liner on one side and the bag fabric on the other.
Match those end seams as shown at 6:12 . . .
