I have always held the belief that as humans, we are meant to live in community and communion with each other. It is through our faith, family, friends, and co-workers that we can truly see the goodness in life. There is immense importance in walking this journey together, having someone who cares and supports us. Someone to lift us up and see us for who we are, especially during the toughest times. As we recognize Mental Health Week in Canada this week, I hope that you can be that person for someone, and in turn, someone can do the same for you.
