Pipeline dewatering by Pigging process

Pigging refers to maintenance practice for pipelines using 'pipeline pigs', for cleaning or inspection of pipeline without stopping operation of the pipeline. Pipeline pigs are capsule shaped objects which travel through the pipeline, cleaning the inner walls of the pipeline by brushing action. Pigs get their name from the squealing sound they make while traveling through a pipeline.

Всу просто какая то штука называемая Свиньёй из пены летит по трубе выгоняет оттуда воду и под давлением воздух туда её толкает потом она врезается в тупик и остаётся там а вода вылетает в сетку и в канализацию или на очистку единственное что я ждал всё видео что эта штука вылетит из конечного шланга😂

@@kadzukilucifer5917 есть такие отложения в трубах которые нужно убирать только грубой очисткой, и либо оно его не тронет если слишком мягкая эта штука, либо застрянет если не хватит давления воздуха.

Could be used to track its position if you're logging it. But mainly lets you know if it gets stuck.

The pressure gauge shows the pig pass through each bend the pressure rise up, relatively. Which basically require higher pressure to push the pig at that restruction point.
If the pig stuck at a point the pressure will keep rising. But there a high limit that trip the safety valve to close abd stop tge operature.
Referring to a chart recorder can tell where the pig stuck in relation to speed, time and volume pumped to push the pig.

Why does the pig have a pointed leading end? It is not designed to penetrate through material - on the contrary, the whole purpose of it is to push water and fouled material ahead of it.
