Gr8 video. Anubhav has amazing patience to listen. Wow ! By the way, all the food shown is Michelin star worthy. The ladies did so well explaining everything. Love India.
It takes a lot of enthusiasm to go, taste and live the moment in Northeastern states where people n their cusine r so versatile.. That nobody will feel like to leave the place which is so beautiful❤
My friends from central India, you should really try this cuisine. Without masalas v bohat acha taste aata hai. Apko just ek open mind lekar Jana hoga....
You are seriously having a lot of fun in the North East @Delhi Food Walks (Anubhav Sir). Been saying this in all my comments on all your videos of this series....that the people, culture, food is so pure and undiluted. Love everything so good. Hardly any use of the spices that we are so much used to, hardly any oil, and so much healthy steamed, boiled meat and vegetables. Lots of love and #FoodAndFoodiesShallPrevail 😇🤘
GLAD you Enjoyed Staying in Arunachal Pradesh. It is a double delight not only do you get to immerse yourself in the natural wonders of this region, but you also get to savor the incredibly delicious local cuisine. A journey for the senses!
I was astonished to see a kind of green leaves ( Huji in local language, in AP available in the fountain. ( She said that available in Jhorna. So, I am assuming that she meant Fountain) These leaves are available in the South eastern part of Bangladesh. Chittagong Division. Also available in other parts . We call it tok pata ( sour leaves) . People use different spices, onion, chillies , coriander leaves, etc to make bhorta . ( mashed). How the cultures are amicably and harmoniously interrelated. Thank you so much for sharing. Regards, Sincerely,
We wellcome mainland Indian but when I go to a friend's house in Himachal pradesh they were vegetarian they make my dinner alone seperately in seperate room I was surprise what kind of culture in Himachal 😮😮😮😮
The difference i see in Arunachal and Naga's cuisine is that, naga people have really preserved their culture well! They still have wooden utensils, authentic pots and cutlery, wooden house and no plsstic utensils!! I love they are not influenced by this fast and cheap plastic alternatives.
We nocte of AP, called tea as a phalab.& one more things, we arunachali don't have any thali like other states, coz our ancestors eats only for survive.
I always welcome your blogs. It’s nice that you have moved to different parts of India. But for me you are a Delhi man. Which I love. So please stay with Delhi blogs because you are used to that and leave these to others who are locals. No offence meant.
Bruhh he is speaking in local hindi dialect in the video which is enough to make him half arunachali( like me). He is doing good work so dont use negativity when he is doing good work. If the rest of india is getting a exposure to north east it is a good thing after all. And you obviously meant offence when you typed this comment. there is no other way to indirectly become rac*st.
Vishal you have probably got out of the wrong side of the bed today. Firstly there is no negativity or offence caused in my comment. Which has already been stated in my comment. Secondly you must have a racist mind yourself hence you perceived me to indirectly being racist. Remove yourself from the woke society you live in and take all the others with you. Perhaps the world would be a better place to live in. Anubhav is a proper gentleman and a fantastic food blogger. He is very high in my esteem and probably one of the best in India. So he will always get my utmost respect. But I favour Delhi food and that is why I want him to go back to Delhi. He is known as Delhi Food Walks. So calm down young fella and crawl back under the rock you came out from. BTW I reside in the UK but I also speak fluent Hindi. So in essence we are all half Arunachalis, but I still did not get your point on this matter. Opps! Let me find that rock for you.
@@kendesena lol there is indirected negativity when you demotivate someone for doing something which is again, obviously liked by the majority. Don't try to be oversmart with words when it is clear by your message. Maybe find that rock you mentioned and go under it. Remember, when someone is doing something good, if you demotivate him just because of your personal liking, it always spreads negativity. Its common sense.

I feel Northeast food habits are more healthy, as their Recipe uses less Oil and Spices.
