Aries thinks givin too much in one place is giving in every aspect. Aries sometimes thinks their fart don't smell and they don't need to crack any windows open. Whew I needed to hear a lot of that, even though it was tough. It all clicked when you mentioned that Aries can’t expect someone to want to knock on a door if they know it’s closed up and locked up. I have been making excuses to “protect” myself, when in reality it’s just choosing familiarity. So glad I listened to this today. I am Aries with a pieces.. but mine is mostly about working a new job I blew off for waiting for my health to improve and not taking much action even though I want to and need too.. we also have a good relationship but we are more like roommates than lovers.. he has ED issues I think and is afraid of his “letting me down” or is embarrassed, so he just leaves me hanging, but says he’s attracted and wants me. Because it is my daughter and my granddaughter...I have to tolerate my daughter in order to keep my granddaughter safe and my daughter is pretty clueless, but maybe I should let get go, but they would me homeless. 😢 You nailed it Ali!
Inorder to have a relationship.with your granddaughter you need to see eye to eye/respect your daughter! Work on your relationship with your daughter first, the rest will follow! Your granddaughter most certainly feels if your relationship with your daughter/her mother is "off".

I think in my situation I can clarify a few things that you might not be seeing is I almost resigned from my job because my work status would change which would mean I would have to work more hours, then I find out that my work status is not changing immediately and I can stay status quo for now so I decided to stay at my workplace
But they are saying that my status will change eventually and you haven't given me a time yet and I am just wondering if I can manage I am 64 years old I am almost ready to retire but I wasn't going to retire until the end of this year
Put something tells me that it's going to be sooner than that and should I do more hours till the end of the year
So I am back and forth with this because I'm kind of tired of working there but I'm also a little worried that it would be too soon
