I bought this tool, It saved me about 5-6 hours on sleeving my Rosewill Hive 650 Semi modular PSU. I Highly recommend Anyone who is going to try to sleeve any wires in there PC get this tool. Unless you like spending time picking bits of tape off each pin after you drag it thro the paracord.

You gave me the tingles. You seem to do it so effortlessly. Now I'm itching to sleeve.

    Really nice tutorial buddy!
the anti tangle tool does have a name, they are called "fids" and are normally used for rope splicing. there are some really nice commercially available fids and plenty of home grown ideas that work just as well.

Thank you very much for this tutorial. I always wanted to single-sleeve my Seasonic M12D-850W Silver. I never liked that strangely looking heat-shrinked cables and now I know ho to do it without them. Again, thank you so much for this video ;-)

you dont need to heat up the cord at all the snug it against the cable?? i'll be doing this on my build and am excited, just thought you would have to heat shrink the entire thing for firmness

Can you give any tips about doing it with mdpc? Don't seem to be able to get it to 'stick' when you heat it up and twist it, just doesn't seem to work.

is there any chance of damaging the pin with the lighter when you go to light the ends of the paracord when you're making it blend in with the wire?
I'd be terrified to do this.

I'm using 450 type paracord...i'm not sure what D3 or D4 stand for. when i buy paracord their classified as 330,450,550,650 type depending on the breaking strength.

Great video, i just see one flaw. If the sleeve breaks from pulling the paracord gets ruined. Melting it again will reduce the length until it has to be replaced completely. There is alternative method of "heatshrink less" method that does not damage paracord at all and the sleeving can be repurposed this way imgur.com/C05hO05
