New sub here, I used to run track and swim ,the whole 1 2 then I got hospitalized almost losing my life, lungs collapsed errthing It's now two years later and I'm finally feeling like I can TRY to run as I once did but I'm scared. The last Mile time I had was 4:16 and I know for a fact it'll be nothing like that due to how out of shape I am BUT I have been searching for some help and guidance to get me back to where I used to be and your videos seem to be that thing. I'll do a year progress video later down the road but your optimistic personality makes doing this over again a little less scary and I appreciate it. Oh and also, i rubbed and massaged Vicks Vapor rub on my stomach every night and took a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar

I'm really excited. During this workout, I think I figured out how to do the vacuums!! The first couple of times doing them, I didn't feel any tension but when I got to the end of my workout, all of a sudden I felt my stomach get tight! Now that's all I feel when I do the vacuums. Keep practicing, ladies! You'll get the hang of it. I realized what helped me get there was placing my hands above my head to help my stomach stay tight.

I will do this with another workout video that I will share at the top :)) Day 3: finished! Doing this for the last few days has already made me feel better. I think imma share my progress mostly just so i can know but yeah. Ive been doing this workout for a couple weeks now with other workouts but today im starting just doing this workout 3 times a day and then doing like 4 standing vacuums a day. (Im just bored cuz online school hasnt started for me yet and i feel like i should be more healthy) Waist: around 24.75(ik this is kinda small but im only 14 and my waist just isnt defined) Day 1:feel like i worked out but im not in pain or anything. Day 2: i wasnt able to do it but i had been working out for a couple days before so i probably needed a rest day anyways. Day 3: did it, feeling fine(my waist seems to stay kinda small even when im not flexing which is good but also remember this is like my 3 week of working out). Day 4: didnt get to do it and i feel really bad, but i went swimming for a couple hours so i got home really late and was pretty tired. Day 5: did 4 rounds and 6 standing vacuums since i missed it yesterday. Day 6: done, kinda sad cuz i dont think theres a difference, but we'll see Day 7: i did it Waist became 24.5in
Side note...!! Planks actually build up on the entire abdominal area in short term it makes your abs stronger and wider so it actually doesn’t cinch the waist it widens it when done very frequently. Why can't people understand that doing exercises isn't going to burn fat in a located spot? If you want to get rud of fat you gotta stay in a deficit of calories for some time and your genetics are gonna decide where you're going to get rid of fat first.
I used to have a double chin and i got rid of it in a week and a half by sticking out my toungue for atleast 2 sets 1 minute and lifting my head and my chin 20 times 2 sets. Hope this helps. (I dont chew gum, but chewing gum helps also)

Muffin tops are actually caused by pants that don't fit properly. Try finding a pair of pants that suits your body type better, or by getting a loser pair.
I would want to try the Muscle Bundle, I love how there’s different flavors to choose from. The main reason I want the Muscle Bundle is to hopefully see the improvements in my body -after working out.

I’ve heard of women’s best before but haven’t had the chance to try it out yet. I’ve seen other girls’ fitness videos and they all incorporate the whey protein and their favorite flavored protein milkshake. I’ve been exercising and doing workouts for quite a while and would definitely like to step it up and try their products. If I win the $100 voucher, I'd try the muscle bundle. I'm super skinny and have been working out for years, but am forever struggling with gaining muscle no matter how much I eat. @@JustSimplyDaisy same, the workouts have helped me get a shape. But I'm still very small and skinny looking. This results in me still looking very young and prepubescent in my clothes :/ it's hard to find things that actually fit.
I'm in my 30's still petite and slim. The only thing to truly change my body was lifting weights. And also, when you hit your early twenties most ppl gain due to alcohol and food in college. Ps. Look up Jeannie Mai from the real she has transformed her body by lifting weights

Why can't people understand that doing exercises isn't going to burn fat in a located spot? If you want to get rud of fat you gotta stay in a deficit of calories for some time and your genetics are gonna decide where you're going to get rid of fat first.

I used to have a double chin and i got rid of it in a week and a half by sticking out my toungue for atleast 2 sets 1 minute and lifting my head and my chin 20 times 2 sets. Hope this helps. (I dont chew gum, but chewing gum helps also)

Wow this is my first timer ever learning about this vacuum technique.
Day 1: So I did it this morning and my abs freaking hurt so bad when I was going to sleep. And when I woke up the next morning. I took many breaks
Day 2: when I woke up my abs were still sore gosh. I took a little less breaks. And I felt the burn!
Day 3:
Its new year and I am going to do this workout 2 times a week with cardio. My waist right now measures 71cm and its 77cm the area around by belly button. I will update soon.

Day1: good didn’t see much of a difference in the mornin
Day2: finished the morning after day 2 my stomach was more defined even at the end of the day
Day 3: done in the next morning it was more defined and I got less bloated
Day 4: stomach is more defined and less bloating
Day 5: def more defined not much of a difference tho
Day 6: def flatter but not the results I want also I get less bloated

If I win the $100 voucher, I'd try the muscle bundle. I'm super skinny and have been working out for years, but am forever struggling with gaining muscle no matter how much I eat. I'm in my 30's still petite and slim. The only thing to truly change my body was lifting weights. And also, when you hit your early twenties most ppl gain due to alcohol and food in college. Ps. Look up Jeannie Mai from the real she has transformed her body by lifting weights
