I just realised how detailed this video is, because at 4:52 a green villager is stealing the bell from the village and at 6:29 the same villager is clicking the bell in the studio. I would also like to remind you, that you should do the same thing too. It helps way more than you could ever imagine.
Fascinating to see how the animation has improved and also how the animation *style* has changed. Style changes I've spotted: - No deformation of the individual body parts, instead having them (mostly) swiveling from their joints. - Change in rendering... something (not a 3D rendering expert). The reflectivity and such is noticeably altered, generally to be more flat. (I also wanna say there's a rim lighting change?) - Facial expressions are entirely 2D, with the eyes being lit regardless of local lighting (similar to modern Dreamworks films) - Beveled edges on all characters. - Textures of blocks are changed to be simpler, similar to official Minecraft renders. Excellent work all around!
4:50 That background villager shotgun bazuka sound lining up with the music and the lyrics to create a (what i think is not very knowledgable on music) a beat is one of the most creative and oddly amazing sounding things I've seen people do in recent times Love that this series is still going on lol

A few more errors I found! 2:14 houses a very goofy lookin lever. At 2:15, villager #5's eye whites disappear oddly in the TV monitor. I thought it was intentional for a second but then realized that if it was, then villager #5's pupils should be green screened into the background, not his eye whites. (just realized @gamingwithblueboy4563 found it before me, oop) In the background of 2:38, there appears to be a door and a torch on a tree??? Might just be a background detail though. There are two villagers with two eyebrows at around 4:53 in the background (one got shot out of the first shotgun, the other one was shot out of the second shotgun). On that note, I love how one of the villagers that gets launched out of the gun just flies into orbit lol. At 4:55, two black squares randomly appear on one of the villager's faces for a single frame. This happens again to another villager at 4:57. The villager's head clips out of the window for a single frame at 5:20 before the window breaks. At 6:03, the smoke particles in the background randomly snap upwards a little bit. It's fun to see some of the goofy errors in these videos lol. Obviously, I don't blame them at all for missing these errors, since I understand that 3D animation can be very difficult and wonky (and most of these errors are really nitpicky lol). Besides, all the other fun background details like the orbiting balloon at 5:53 more than make up for it.
When my brain saw the thumbnail, it was like “Oh yeah, I remember this” because I watched villager news EVERYDAY when I was younger. Edit one: 703 likes! Thank you so much guys!

I love the subtle details, like using the Oozing affect on the sign. I want to know what that Nitwit's profession is and how to level him up! 😅 I don't know why, but the oblivious, dystopian vibes really elevates these to a whole new level that really makes them stand out. This is a way to bring back a classic and good memories

That's an animation error. The pupils show up just fine. It's the whites of their eyes that don't show up for some reason.
