  • It's impressive how calm and collected this team stays throughout the whole video. There is definitely no shortage of combat footage which makes it easy to understand the conditions they're working in

    Ukrainian Special Forces and other Ukrainian units have for several years received Western military training from various countries including Sweden. So they have learned to operate in smaller units and be able to act independently, higher commanders only talk about what they should perhaps take or knock out and then it is up to the unit to solve the task itself. That's why the Ukrainian military works better than the Russian one.

    Yes, this is a small team that has a specific mission in toe. Basically get from A to B as quick as possible and knock out some armor, more than likely! These guys are basically equipped the same as the Aussie SASR so more than likely these guys had training through British SAS, which is pretty similar. Slava Ukraini!

A huge country attacked the largest country in Europe, but still very small compared to the enemy. Please call the war a war, not a conflict, as this is a big genocidal war.

    Another great video showing Ukrainian forces working well as a small team, clearly with the resources stretched they have had to learn to fight as small teams and within areas they probably get a lot of slack as to how they work out how to get things done. Imagine having to drag that grenade launcher through those streets and buildings, not sure I'd bother with it?
    You picked up on the FIBUA landscape and problems, that looked like a snipe could enjoy a lot of opportunities there. Likewise we should not forget in the area with all the buildings and the state of them troops rushing through them and combate situations, you can knock yourself around and pick up injuries just by being there......so knee pads and elbow guards worth having and a good set of boots. Thanks for posting.

    what do you think of AZOV battalion of Ukraine?

    • @luke571
      @luke571 Рік тому +5

      They're totally fine and very decent, brave people for willingly giving their lives for their country.
      You can EASILY research this on your own but I'm gonna give you this:
      The battalion started by mostly unprofessional and untained volunteers that fought in Donbass in 2014. Some right wing/nationalists were in there aswell.
      They were not part of the Ukrainian forces at this point.
      The battalion later became part and thus kicked out the extremists.
      However, to me it doesn't matter if they were right wing or not. Their actions is what matter and those guys saved thousands of people, fighting a terrifying force that is so much bigger than theirs.
      If people criticize those guys or the battalion, they're f*ck@d in the head, because they lack empathy big time.
      Reflect how you would feel if your neighbor country invaded you over night and has 100x the supply of any weapon/ammunition. Would you really dare to care who gives his life to protect you and your beloved ones?
      Or would you rather be greatful for people that give their lives for you or your family?
      Sorry for this emotional rant but I have family and friends in Ukraine and absolutely despise all criticism against Ukrainians. It's highly inappropriate, given the circumstances.
