The Scottish are strong and brave and never backed down. I am so proud of that. Bless you for another video i can hold onto.❤😊
@donaldsimpson7991 Loved your excellent turn of phrase, "absolutely drenched in rich history and the blood of brave Scots."🏴 I have a friend who's had the pleasure of seeing the castle and who is also a bonafide sensitive* and says that Stirling Castle is full of those who have gone on before us. (*I think there are fewer of those than many would have us believe and she herself does not exploit her gift.) She wouldn't go into detail, but in one room she was absolutely sure of a presence behind her. I can't remember much detail to her story but I'm thinking she chose not to turn around. And three cheers for the brave and cunning victors of the Battle of Stirling Bridge!!

Hello Melody, my name is Thomas. I lost my mom a few years back. Just wanna let you know, she is already there dear. She is already there. May they Rest In Peace. Be strong!!!!
Stirling, my ancestral home. You packed this with much history and ghosts. I was disturbed that the Victorians put their mark on the castle until you mentioned the 1840 fire. I have never been a fan of Edward I and I think English monarchs exist solely to punish the Scots for their sins. And, I once read that green ladies are a uniquely Scottish ghost. Thanks for another great video.
I never cared for Edward either. I have English and Scottish ancestors. I never cared for most of the English Monarchs and much English, Scottish and Irish blood of commoners was shed by their wars. Most in the name of succession and control. Wars fought for Kings and Queens that cared little for their own subjects.
As a Scot who had to move down to the South East of England for work , back in 1970 , scenes of Scotland really touch me ❤️🏴❤️ Thank you for the video and also the history lesson . Greatly appreciated 👍 Oops ! I moved down in 1977 ( typo )

Thank you for a lovely, haunting history lesson. Love your voice. I’ve been working on my family tree after doing my DNA with more than one company. Each finding a slight minor difference. I know I have heavy ties to England and Scotland, of which Scotland fascinates me more. I am proud of the ancestors that shaped who I am today. These people fought hard to scratch out a living and defend it. Too bad certain current political factions want to just throw it all away. Maybe our ancestors need to rise from the grave and show them a thing or two. If they could see things now, they’d be happy how far we’ve come, but sad that some of their defendants, still haven’t learned from the blood that was shed.
Let us never forget those who have gone before, for they know better the road which those who come to walk it in later years, do. Their blood, sweat & tears anoint every stone, upon which our shielded feet come to tread. RIP you souls who still serve your appointed duty, for your watch is over & we pray that no new watch be needed. 😊
