A backpack run, home baked bread and boiled eggs, and then the voice of Mr Peters talking mysteries. The evening is complete!
🎉 Yes! It's the simple things in the moment, the best thing ever.
The sounds so good❤❤❤
That sounds like a real nice night. 👍
I love the beautiful simplicity of your joy here! Really wish I could find such peace too! Hoping yours continues forwards for you! Thanks for sharing this!! Jason in England 🏴
Can i visit lol yummm homemade bread!!! Great job!!!
Man... I just found this channel after something in my room disappeared, then reappeared when I turned around. I searched and found your little people videos. Hooked. Then I kept watching. It is so comprehensive and powerful. I live in the Colorado Rockies, so it is very similar country - but much of our native history and mythology is gone. Tragic, just like the history, among the worst of the states when it comes to treatment (extermination) of the natives. Many are still here, but much of the knowledge and stories are gone forever. New Mexico, where I grew up is a different story altogether - and I have had many paranormal experiences there. Anyways, amazing channel, I just had to give my respect. This is so powerful, and needed.. it explains so much.. the unseen world is real, and interacts with us still. We need these videos to help us understand it better. We don't know SH*T..
What's up my fellow Coloradan? Where abouts do you live in Colorado? I grew up in the Denver area (Westminster/Arvada) but have spent countless time in our amazing and vast wilderness of the Rockies. My soul lives there. I've had some weird things happen up in those hills for sure.
When you realize you are only preaching to the choir you will calm down a little
Speaking of the medicine diminishes its power, even now in this moment. My gift to you.
Absolutely one of the best channels on the internet. I love your material. Your books have been just as awesome as your videos. I wanted to say thank you as always. You give so many people something to look forward too. Especially in these interesting times we live in. Your work is a blessing. Thank you
Talking to a native elder in the southern Okanagan one day several years ago I quickly learned that these stories are real. He had encounters with little people and Sasquatch in parts of bc. I believe him.
@@darkhelmut7674 it's not just up there either. A lot of sightings over the years. Even the little people that you would think were already extinct. It's crazy to think of but back in the days of ancient Rome and Egypt they had pottery decorated with the little people fighting giant birds. It was a world War between the two groups.
I love this stuff. Wish I could live in a more rugged place, but I'm old and soft. My Grandmother was Canadian. Sghe was a nurse in WW 1. I loved her ways. She taught me this.....gin when you're well makes you sick. And gin, when you're sick makes you well. She wasn't a big drinker, but she did enjoy a small glass of Irish Mist now and then. Thank you for these stories. Your voice is perfect for telling a tale !
I'm a Cree native from Northern, Manitoba and I absolutely love this content ❤
Natives and their story of animals & hidden technology sciences are prime choice.
What a great documentary! I’m Canadian, born and raised in in Ontario, but I’ve been to Jasper camping … probably about 15 years ago now …. Absolutely stunning!
Nelson BC Canada 🇨🇦 here living in the Kootenay region has been a blessing that most of the world just dreams about ,I thank you 🙏 Hammerson for showing and telling the world about our Mountain paradise ! Hello everyone
I came across Hammersons Channel watching the 6 part British Triangle videos. Been hooked ever since, thanks for reading and bringing to light the stories you share. Including your books, as a Cree Native we owe a great indebtedness to you for it.
the music on this channel is so haunting and good.
I myself have seen a large horned owl in Alabama that was perched on a laurel oak that was alive but had a dead branch atop it, the owl was probably at least 30 inches tall. I also once saw a weird glow above the longleaf pines in the sky, it was orange and appeared for 3 seconds and moved and then disappeared. I was on my porch watching my hummingbirds but they went to sleep and the night went relatively quiet except a few crickets when the light appeared.
Back when I was a kid my mom and sister were driving on a grid road . Mom saw something on the road and slowed to a stop . Was a snowy owl , sitting in the road . Don't know how big , but was taller than the hood on a 68 chev Impala. Was terrified of going out at night for years
When I was a kid, my mom woke up in the middle of the night and the whole sky was red and when she went to the window there was a red glowing ball like a sun in a brilliant sunset above the street. In a well-recognized response to unexplained phenomena, she went back to bed 🤷🏻♀️
It made me crazy because I've always been interested in astronomy and also UFOs and I couldn't believe she didn't come and wake me up. She said she didn't know why she didn't say anything, she just went back to bed.
Thank you Mr Peters for your commitment to sharing our Canadian history. Always incredible, deeply appreciated.
So authentic! Brilliant work.
I'm Blackfeet from Browning M.T. (Blackfeet Rez) just on the border of Canada by Glacier Nation Park. With the little people we also called them 'Rock throwers' because they would throw large rocks at you from the brush to try and scare you away from thier areas. They have long strong arms. They would also play tricks, we have a story of a warrior back in the day that was fasting in the mountains for a vision. He woke up one of the mornings on the side of a cliff after the little people had put him there while he slept. lol
Great video by the way. Good to hear the old stories again. and the footage is making me miss home. in a good way though, thank you.
Wow, Blackfoot!! My buddy and I spent time in Cutbank, MT. We eventually headed out and wound up in your country. We thought we'd get our arses kicked for wondering into your nation. But instead, we were treated like special guests. I want to return one day and hopefully meet you to say thank you for the hospitality. It was 1989. Do you remember us? A Pervuvian and a German.
@quantumpotential7639 '89 I would have been 10yrs old lol. And my family would have been in Bozeman MT at the time. So yeah Blackfoots are Canada and Blackfeet are the U.S. I know people get confused by that. There are four bands, upper three in Canada go by Blackfoot and the Southern band in the U.S. goes by Blackfeet. That's Browning M.T. just past Cutbank. Where you were at. Yes very beautiful country 🏞
I've actually heard this story a long time ago & I'm from 🇦🇺 with a passion for Indian culture.
Have you ever seen anything?
There are not and have never been dwarves living underneath the Rocky Mountains… Not sure how such outlandish stories started.
Very well done. One of your finest of many works of art and skill, much admired.
My thanks.
Woo-hoo. Just came back from walking the dog in the park and picking up Sunday morning coffee, and now have a new Hammerson video to relax and listen to.
Cool story.
Man your voice together with this music calms me down and give me so much peace. It’s also so good that you bring up all the local stories and legends of British Columbia and Canada. Your channel is very underrated.
Yeah, HP's vids, voice, and music has a kinda ASMR quality to it. (The only drawback is that when I put one on at night, I'll often fall asleep while the vid is playing, which makes it hard to find my place later, and even has led to some strange dreams. 😅
Just woke up and found my phone under my left shoulder. The video was stopped @ 21:42. Will "rewind" a bit & see what I missed...
I was finally able to move an hour and a half away from the rockies. If anyone reading this is from Canada really contemplate moving to alberta! It is a great time to be in this province. So much work and opportunities out here. I finally got my dream job out here.
I’m from Ontario, but a ton of my friends have moved to Alberta, and family. For work, mostly. Fort Mcmurry etc … I finally landed MY dream job here so congratulations to you, and me! Cheers!
I just read your name! I have a story about a Cynocephali …
My brother is there he says same. My friend was doing good in Calgary even had a kid, this is the guy that got me spinning techno in a major way.. last person ever expect settle down. his dughter is a teenager now wow. Last time i went west I drove and my driver drove up FAR into these parking lots past all these lifting traffic barriers with empty security huts. he parked right in front of the moutain side which I stared at for 3-4 hours while he slept. The side of the moutain was a fuxxing DOOR like 30-40ft and seAled. Then i seen the videos of the underground highways where dude interviewed truckers going into it. If it is a big bunker then that would make a lot of sense all the HUGER parking lots seperated and divided apart but totally empty. My driver got 2 tickets on the way there and he did not want to deal with authorities that is why he was so insisting that we be so far off the highway. like we went past atloeast 3-4 of these lifting barriers with empty security huts . No one would ever go back there that far it was clear to me we were not intended to stray onto fenced and blockaded parking lots literaly beyond the horizon every part of me begging him to just park PLEASE. He was on a mission he's not right drove back after less then 6 hours after 3dayt drive getting to the island..
im in Calgary moved from Ontario 4 years ago and do not regret it!!
How do you like all the cold weather, ice and snow?
Fantastic timing…it’s time for a long weekend dog walk. Cheers Hammerson.
Always love the top tier content from you. Great stuff every time.
This is for Mr. peters has anybody tried to talk to the ancestors of those people who plucked the tail feathers of the Thunderbirds? Wouldn’t it be something if they could be located?!?!?!
Central Vermont here, we love and appreciate the historic mystery’s you provide us with🙏
I grew up in the Kootenay-Columbia area and my husband is a Métis from Alberta, so it's been extra interesting to hear all these with some personal connection. ❤
I appreciate your collecting and recounting such reports.
Love this channel. Soothing narration and the stories never fail to inspire awe.
Really really interesting, very well researched and presented!! Better than whats on TV!!
Yes, I can't get enough of this channel. Thank You Hammerson Peters for the work you do. Peace from the Island, Moose Factory,ON Canada.
Didn't you change your name and what's your name previously Dag Hammarskj"old ?
WoW your videos are wonderful. Having a charm and personality That is rarely seen in any media. Thank you
Listening from and thankful in Blountville TN in the woods with all the windows opens letting the cool wind and evening air in. I really appreciate ur hard work Hammerson!!!
I have a friend that lives close to there. Every time I send him something, it gets stuck in your town. 😂
Blountville is where our regional airport is located. That could be part of the trouble. I live close by. Small world.
@@coolcougar he lives in Butler. You're probably right. 🙂

Thank you from The Netherlands
Thanks for this, dude! The southern Alberta Rockies are my home. My great grandpa was a surveyor in the Kananaskis/Banff/Jasper area back in the day.
Nice to hear your voice again. Thankyou for your excellent stories.
Thank you, love your uploads! Greetings from Sweden.
100% Hammerson Peters !!
The best !! Thanks.
More please
You have a great voice for these stories! Thank you so much for taking the time to collect stories, find photos and edit videos to share with all of us. Having lived in BC for most of my life, it's so cool to hear stories from places I've been!
Excellent program! I enjoyed every minute! Many thanks to the wonderful narrator!
This is my favorite UA-cam channel. Thank you, Hammerson. ✨😁✨
I just love these stories from the great white north 😍
This was really interesting. I live in British Columbia and have been to many of these places. Thank you for doing all the research that goes into these videos. Way cool 👍👍
Love all your videos and books. Ghost is one of our favourite camping spots as you can tell by our videos. You have so many great Canadian stories. Keep it coming.
Great channel ,interesting content, narattors voice is perfect ,❤

Cheers from Okanagan valley British Columbia 🇨🇦
Thank you brother im listening in Muir woods.
Awe! My home mountains. This is very cool. The Rockies are so mysterious 🥰
Excellent!
Thank you, always some of the best content and presentation out there.
Yeeeesssss!!!! Perfect background for my decorating. Thank you!
He came in with perfect timing for the Sunday clean up over here. Love this channel.
Show us the thunderbird tailfeathers Hammerson everyone knows you have one!
Legend has it if you touch the feather, one day a thunderbird will swoop down and pluck you off the ground and take you back to their giant nest, where they feed you to the young and eat you alive.
Do NOT touch this feather, lest you get pecked uP big time.
Looking forward to listening later this evening. Much appreciated, Mr. Peters.
Another masterpiece, Hammerson!
Cheers to your creativity (and great narration) 🍻🍻
"No longer able to live in civilized society, he moved to Texas." Fair enough.
Unfortunately I now see Canada as uncivilized
😂
Hey, at least they have rights down there.
Awesome work Mr. Peters. Keep the Bigfoot stories coming... I love 'em 👍
As a native Idahoan, the region I consider home isn't defined or limited to political lines on a map.. I'm home in the Rockies, the 49th parallel be damned. Furthermore, I'll be damned if I haven't my share of legitimately mysterious happenings in these mountains.
👍🏻 Keep up the good work, Hammerson! I'm immensely proud of you for undertaking the arduous procurement & custodianship of The Archives.
Im here in Boise Idaho. Originally from North Dakota. Great Sasquatch People in Idaho and Oregon, Maine too.
I've lived all over the state, top to bottom but currently I'm set up off Overland & Meridian Rds. Prolly your neighbor.

Did you ever play in the Higbe Cave lava tube out there before they grated it?
Love the baby bird jump pack sounds absurd but a great part of the story. We need these guys story's in Hollywood much better than the modern rubbish
Love this channel ao much! Thank you for indulging us with these fascinating stories.

Talking with a native elder in the southern Okanagan I quickly realized that these stories are true. He had several experiences with little people and one Sasquatch story as well. I believe him.
So much to share the elders have. Witnessed.
Well sir you are gullible.
@@COCOLEAF1169well sir if you think native lore is lies from all these eyewitnesses from many other people we know where your indoctrination is coming from. Thanks for the comment but next time keep your little keyboard warrior fingers tucked in your pockets. Do some more research.
@@COCOLEAF1169 tellAvision spoon fed is nice . Etymological dictionary will reveal how nice you are .
I’m driving through Morley AB as we speak, on my way to another wilderness adventure in the Rockies. Very much enjoying hearing these interesting stories from my home!
As always, your videos are the best. Thanks
Yay! A new Hammerson Peters video. My weekend is now complete. 😁 Thank you for yet another awesome video, my friend.
As always, your tales and revelations of Canada reflect traditions from days gone by, and give deep significance and respect to indigenous peoples. Suffice to say, your work records and affirms aspects of our culture that are priceless and now rare.
Even the Squatches look forward to new HP stories!
Who else watches documentaries like this to see places they will never get to see?
I'm lucky....all of this is within a few hours drive from my hometown
I misread that as places they "will never go see"... Cuz they're too dang scary 😄
Poor mentality will get you nowhere. You’ve given up already and want to invite others into the same mentality.
I feel homesick for places I have never been...in this lifetime.
I am right next to it for the first time in my 58 years of my Canadian life 🎉🎉
Hamnerson!.... thankyou once again for another awesome show!! Really appreciate your efforts and hard work!! Godbless...Jason in England 🏴
The best way to deal with a ghost is to fight back and scare it so bad that it’s scared of you. Flip the script on it.
My day is better. Thank you
Cheers, from the great woods of Maine, USA! ⭐️🌲
Hello from Boise Idaho. Moved from Bangor again. Lived all over and paralleled once by a Sasquatch in Winterport back in 1990.
@@JohnMelland -Hi John, That's cool. We were just looking at a potential rental property in Winterport. We moved down south for 10 years (MD & VA), years ago, for jobs, then came back home; bought 40 acres in the middle of state & protected land, at the bottom of a mountain (can't say the location here), and built a homestead. We have a family of BF living nearby. They tried driving us out, but we've had a truce now for over 25 years. There are areas of the woods that we need to stay away from, and they leave our gardens orchard alone (for the most part) now, and we leave baskets of unsellable vegies/fruits for them. (I guess you could say we have an agreement.) It's a father, mother, and their 2 boys (now men). We keep the interactions to a bare minimum. Mostly, they just like to spy on us, and follow us when we're working, getting firewood, etc. For years, they would creep around our cabin and barn at night, looking in our windows, and freaking the dogs and animals, but we installed motion sensor lights, and use game cams that keep them away most of the time. Just curious ..Did they send you a Fear Bomb? Lol... That's what we call it when they send you an overwhelming sense of terror. It's a defense mechanism. They don't do it to us anymore, but we've encountered a few hunters over the years that may never go back in the woods again. Of course, we don't tell people about the ones here, because there are quite a few guys around that would love to hunt one down for the notoriety. They just want to be left alone. They're a wild man, and we believe they were here long before we or even the American Indians. We think that people encounter them more now because of all the logging and building everywhere. It's sad seeing our beautiful, wild state, slowly destroyed.
Hey Maine mermaid what's your sc
I love listening to Mr Peter's my favorite UA-camr for Canada stories!!
Wooooo!!
Love your videos. You’re a wealth of knowledge, Hammerson. Banff Springs is on my bucket list. Dying to play a round golf there
I hate to be one of those "bigfoot psychically talks to me" people but I seem to have been in regular communication with Bakwas or Gagit (Haida) for about a decade. I've never been to Vancouver Island or Alaska, but it is the same being with the same MO and modalities, and has unsettling parallels with Pan. Only in the past 6 months has it sort of revealed itself, it was a more generic ufological "entity" in my headcanon for years. There doesnt seem to be any lower coast salish exact counterpart to his story though, except for his sometimes-wife ,pursed lips lady. I'm wondering if you've talked to anyone or read anything about contemporary encounters or meetings with this being? Because I'm trying to figure out why the hell its so damn interested in guiding me and my writing.
The photography is stunning, perfect accompaniment to the stories
This morning sucked, then I saw this upload ♡ nvmd, its gonna be a good day
Thanks Brother.
Thanks again friend.
Enjoy your videos very much! This one especially! Have been to the three hotels you tell about! Not to stay but tp explore and enjoy the arcatecture and ambiance! And got to see all that beautiful country! Love my n. Idaho but your mountains and area very beautiful too!!
What an adventure. Such a rich and weird landscape.
Thank you for producing an extraordinary video about the Canadian Rockies. This Alberta boy, born-'n-bred is much impressed.

Great documentary about home. My thanks, for letting me go back there again in my heart and mind. Body is living on VI now :)

My Dad's mom was Half Blackfoot. my mom's granfather was half African probably from Malta. No one ever noticed but when I show my black friends his picture they always like instantly "that's a brotha", hehe. So funny it was not known until his passing.
Okay, I wasn't going to leave a comment but just want to say thanks Brett. This short video brought back so many memories for me. Back in the day... 1974 ish... I lived in Cache Creek and rode my YZ 80 behind my house on Sun Valley Crescent. I'm glad to see you guys are still out there givin' er...
11:18 "So I got spooked [...] and just huddled beneath the window and turned all the lights off."
...Yes, that's the first thing I do if I get spooked, turn all the lights off. 😳
Not only that, he is a filmmaker and you want me to believe he wouldn't grab a camera! Yeah right.
With the lights on in the dark…..you’re a sitting target with a spotlight on you 🤷🏻♀️
@@joanndeck4315 So, if _you_ get spooked, you turn all the lights off, right?
@@JesseP.Watson YES!! With the lights on you’re showing off where YOU are and become a target. How are the lights going to protect you? I would be more scared with the lights on. I mean maybe when I was six years old I’d do that. Lucky you, I guess you have never been in any REAL danger….or you’d know that
@@joanndeck4315 that's ridiculous... For starters I live alone in a van in the wilds, I was in a tent for a year before that so, you've got that wrong. Yourself? A nice warm house is my guess. I deal with these issues on a daily basis then, well, actually, I don't because I very rarely get spooked despite often being alone on the top of a mountain in storms with the van rocking, pitch black for miles around without another soul (or human dwelling place) within sight. I have no-one to call on then, so I have to actually think this stuff through.
[You can check here if you don't believe me.]
I would say then, that if you actually intend not to go silently in the night, light is rather useful because we have these things called eyes which are good at seeing things coming, they might be called nature's warning system and they work even when the wind is making hearing unreliable, as it often does in the spots I stay. With light I can see who's coming see and then I have my axes. If however you're more one for cowering and not attempting to fend off a possible threat, then, yes, a hidey-hole with the lights off might serve, but if they find that hidey-hole and it is dark, then that's the end. I then prefer to up my chances by not being left blind in the dark and so shall defer to your expertise in the cowering silently in the dark department. Meheh. 😉
Thank you Hammerson
Really enjoyed your video.
