Upload video with said song 4. Let bot search for video's with title of viral song 5. Let bot copyright claim it 6. Hopefully make a small profit (to temporary bank account) 7. Get reports about account being a scammer (this will take time to investigate) 8. Be banned, start from step 1.
I got my videos claimed for the music that I have the right to use (with provable evidence and facts). And the person who issued the claim weren't even the actual owner of the music and guess what, they rejected my dispute.
It has come to this point where even pitching the copyrighted music so much that it is unrecognizable will get your video copyright claimed. To me, it has happened multiple times
