I think this is why Walmart has been so successful. Prior to COVID, they really didn’t have much online shopping in stores, but now Walmart actually has a personal full time shopper position role in their stores.
No more bed, bath and beyond.

Walmart has a lotta of those BIG stores.
In big cities and small towns. They’re everywhere. Top that, Target!
We NEED physical stores. Online returns are costing stores a fortune and are very bad for the environment. Not all returns find a new home. What I DON"T like is how they have to lock stuff up so it won't get stolen. IF they want to do that then they need someone who's job is ONLY to open those cases for the customer. I DO order a lot of those items on line. I know what I want, and it's easier.

I stopped going to Walmart because of the lack of customer service. Need help around the store, good luck. You have to check yourself out # work for free
# Walmart pimp yo customers. In Oregon they don't even give you bags for your food. On a good day they may have one or two checkers available. I went from several times a week to maybe 1 week out of the year. I got so sick of Walmart I just waited for Amazon.
