based on what I just watched... Humphreys is a dirty wrestler. That knee twist around 4:00 was deliberate and 100% affected the outcome of the match in his favor.
Wrestling is a tough sport. Not at all a dirty play. He was in a position to give up 2, and got a potentially dangerous call. Any good wrestler would've done the same.

At that point any good wrestler knows its time to belly out and start to build a base... but instead he torqued the leg. I understand that head position and tight head locks are part of it... but that leg twist was malicious. Not to mention its a bit of a coward move to hurt your opponent because you're about to lose 2.
@@Charlee4459 He gave up 2 the same exact second he twisted the knee. It probably wasn't his intention to be a dick. Every wrestler at that level would do the same to prevent 2 being given up.

Seemed like a few holds were close to choke holds too. But that knee lock was nasty.
