The more you mature in life, the more you realise Jose Mourinho isn't the actual villain in football. We may not all appreciate his defence first approach, but it's born out of his evolution. one thing which is unmistakable about Jose is the backing he gives to his players. He's willing to attract all the criticism towards himself to shield his players, he protects them, fights for them & loves them in his own way. No surprise why some of the players who have played under him, love him so much till this date. He invokes a sense of dedication from his players, which is becoming a rare commodity in world football at the moment. His players would happily walk through a wall for him for he puts his trust in them, when their backs are against the wall.
Sadly, he only led Roma to another Europa League football the next year after controversial final that made Sevilla a true Europa League king. Waiting for Liverpool to stop Roma's impossible dream again in Dublin. They are also in Thursday Night football as well.
@@idrislivingthedream2095 But please no more English referee.....Tiring of their refereeing....Every week, there seems to be problems with their calls .
If you realized carefully, Jose Mourinho mentioned about the English clubs playing in the upcoming season of the Champions League Final (2011), which was due to be staged at Wembley, as seen on 2:14. At that time, there were 3 London clubs playing in the ultimate stage: Chelsea, Arsenal, and Tottenham Hotspurs. The only problem was neither of them were able to play at Wembley. Manchester United lost to the same Pep Guardiola's Barcelona, just like they did at Rome two years earlier. They had even eliminated Chelsea in the quarterfinals. Not surprisingly, Arsenal and Spurs were eliminated by Barcelona and Real Madrid, the two teams that will play each other in the semifinals, where Mourinho described their elimination as a "disgrace" due to the bad referee decision on the 1st leg of semifinal, the game where Lionel Messi scored a brace at that time. Sadly though, Chelsea and Spurs didn't play in the Champions League the next season, so no mission for them to play at Wembley. Let's see if Manchester City, Manchester United, Arsenal, and Newcastle United managed to reach at least quarterfinals and hope at least 3 will fight for Wembley. Preferably, I want Manchester Derby just like the FA Cup Final this year.
Inter had Martinez and Lukaku. They are extremely powerful for winning a tougher game. City, on the other hand, had Haaland, but despite being top scorer, he underperformed so drastically when it comes to important games. The club instead relied on utilizing midfield mayhem like Gundogan, De Bruyne, Mahrez, and Grealish.
It’s mental but he’s still winning trophy’s 😂. More fool to spurs for sacking him a week before the league cup final which he had a 100 percent record in.
Remember this: There are heroes, and there are legends. Heroes get remembered, but Legends never die. Wash your filthy mouth with soap. Mourinho is making history again at Roma. He will be remembered forever at Roma.
Not just the Champions League but a treble.
A feat that Pep Guardiola will soon be achieved again after the night in Rome 2009 if they beat Inter Milan in Istanbul!

Thanks for winning the UEL with Manchester United!

@@ezraezra2928 Liverpool is definitely the team to watch! If Sevilla drops in UEL again, that could spell trouble. Never say never!
