I have absolutely no intentions of ever moving to Orlando. But honestly, I could watch Pete talk about any subject. So entertaining!
Same!
The reason why there are 2 showers and far apart is so that couples who need to get ready in the morning for work, this way you can shower at same time and not wait, and you’re not getting the other persons spray on you
I really enjoyed this. Even if you are not looking to move to Orlando this show has really great information. Thank you for producing this series.
Great show. Sean is always very informative. Keep up the great work. Love you guys.
By the way, it comes to mind a number of times I've seen inventory homes which cost around 1 MM US$ with just one head at the master bathroom shower. No sense... the builders may not go for the body jets, but at least a traditional, a rain shower and a hand one. And the bench should be close to this last one.
I’m a bath tub person. We are looking at new homes (unfortunately here in Texas not Florida) and I’ve told our agent don’t even show us homes without a bathtub in the master. And of course it has to be separate because he’s a shower person haha
May I just say how impressed I am by two things, especially:
First, that you went the extra mile to become a Realtor. The code of ethics Realtors espouse makes all the difference in this business. My Mom was badly burned by a real estate agent and broker she trusted years ago. That is how we learned being an agent/broker and being a Realtor were NOT the same thing,
Second, if I hadn’t been following the Dis since last year, and didn’t know how recently you earned your licenses, I would have guessed you had been Realtors for many years. The breadth of detailed and practical information you give us in these videos is extraordinary. The more I hear from you, the more certain I am that, when I am ready to start my serious search for a home in the Orlando area, you will be my first choice of Realtor.
Great tips Sean. I recently moved into a new build and purchased ceiling fans for every room. Best choice i made! Also, I would like to add security doors to your list. It gives the house a great look as well.
ah, new builds. not in our price range here in NJ! my husband and I were pretty happy our new home was built in the 60s as opposed to my parents house which is 109 years old!
I agree with the 6 points but I'd add another two:
1) tall ceilings and doors (you might change your kitchen cabinets but you can't change the ceiling heights): they offer a sense of space that is very appealing
2) extended lanais: outdoor living is key in Florida and those structural changes are cheaper and safer when done during construction
Building a new build house right now in the Tampa area and we put in a bigger shower and a double shower head. Got married in January of 2019 and have maybe taken 10 showers alone since haha. Double shower head was my absolute must because my wife is a little bit of a water hog!
Thank you, lots of fantastic info 😀👍❤
Hello Dolly! 🥰😂
Hi guys!! Wanna help out! Love that Jersey accent !!
